This serum wakes my eyes up within ten minutes when I use it! Very effective! It absorbs into the skin pretty well, as long as you don't use too much water product at once . It doesn't leave the skin feeling oily , but nice and refreshed in the morning. It's a very lightweight serum, and keeps my under eyes looking awake !

I use this product everyday. I wake up daily with big bags under my eyes and between the cool rollerball applicator and the cool gel product within minutes my bags are gone! A little goes a lot ng way, too. Be easy when depressing the tip for more gel- it comes out quickly! In my mind this is now a must have part of my skin care routine! Love it so much and the packaging is beautiful, too.

Easy to apply its a gel like/serum-ish substance sinks in nice. After several applications the puffy was down a bit but dark circles unchanged continued using it for the length of the bottle same results.

I have been using this product for about a week and I like it. My only issue so far is that my product came without a top.

I do not have sensitive skin at all. I purchased this because of the high ratings and the ease of use. I did not expect to have such a negative and painful reaction around my eyes. Going on day 4 and they are still sore, red, and swelling. Had to return.

Only been a week, and some of my fine lines are going away, but not much and so far this has done nothing to help the puffiness under my eyes. In fact I have more luck with lemon juice to do that, but it doesn't last long.It is very cooling and feels good, just haven't seen any "real" improvements yet.If there are any, I will happily change this review.I'm updating my review from 3 to 5 stars. Above was my first reaction. After 2 weeks, the bags are finally fading away, the fine lines are about gone. I didn't think anything would make a difference, but this product shocked me. It just took a few weeks.Ordering more.

This helps reduce puffiness around my eyes after I wake up, and even tightens the upper lids a little (not my outer corners though, as those have been a problem for years and I’m over 50 now). However it stings the whole time it’s on; I have mildly burning red eyes for hours even after I wash it off. It also causes my false lashes to shed, so it must have glycol in it. Other caffeine serums don’t cause stinging & shedding and also work well for puffiness so I won’t be repurchasing.

It is effective. This isn’t my area of expertise, but daily use definitely helps! Applicator is good - easy to use. Just a couple seconds a day and I look normal-er. :)
