Convex Curved Base Cast Iron Grill Pan with 4-Layer Enamel Coating, 10", Blue/Black

Ordered this on Saturday and received on the following Monday!Couldn't be happier with this purchase. We grilled two full sized rib eyes (approx. 1-lb each) on it last night, and the results were perfect! Really appreciated that the cast iron surface arrived pre-seasoned. The heat distribution and retention was great. The size is perfect for just the two of us empty nesters.Looking forward to grilling chicken and fish with this pan. Thinking about gifting our friends and family with this wonder!

I didn't realize all the 5 star reviews were from people who received this pan for free until after my purchase. The pan itself looks really nice, and it cooks well. The issue lies in the cleaning of this pan. I seasoned the pan, even though it wasn't required, and proceeded to cook a porterhouse steak on it. The steak turned out great, but after soaking this pan for hours and making several scrubbing attempts, the pan is still not fully cleaned.I have several Lodge cast iron skillets, and never had any cleaning issues with those pans. Wish I had known this before purchasing this pan.

Too much convex, slides off non level surfaces. Will not use much

Great grill pan. I use it on my outdoor grill. When I'm done grilling, I bring it in and clean it up just like I would do with a regular cast iron pan. My grill stays clean. I love it.

I received the grill pan and have already used it several times. It cooks evenly and is easy to clean.

This is a nice grill pan; however, I have electric cooking and the pan just never gets hot enough to sear a steak. Maybe the groves are too high or the curve of the pan doesn't allow the heat to get that high. In theory, and in my mind, it should work. It just doesn't. I'll keep the pan. It will make a great gift for somebody. Maybe somebody who is a better griller than I.
