The round bottles are quite easy to master after a short practice, the square bottles, they are definitely more difficult to master.The enclosed DVD did not play to the end and the example of cutting a square bottle was not very clear.Overhaul though, I am happy with the bottle cutter.

Haven't got one to work yet..bleeding a bit

Although delivered promptly by amazon, I was very excited to use my new glass cutter. However, I was dissapointed when I followed the instructions 'adjust the glass scorer to the correct height to score the glass'. When I did this, there is no way to tighten the scorer sufficiently so that the scorer stays in place when you use a little force with your bottle. It just flips down meaning you cant get a good score into the glass. I tried all sorts to tighten it - I eve broke the screw driver that came in the set - it was made of such cheap amterial that when I tried to tighten the nut adn bold tighter the end got mushed. I believe the problem is because the nut adn the bolt both appear to tighten in the same direction - thus you can get a good tighten but turning them in opposite directions. I went for one of the more expensive glass cutters and I am dissapointed that I did so.

Works great if you follow the instructions and when turning the bottle the right amount of pressure. I find till you hear a grinding sound and make sure it’s consistent around bottle will work every time. Very pleased with it would recommend.

Fairly straight forward to use once you've done it a couple of times. Actually manage a fairly clean cut on my second attempt. looking forward to doing some more. Not sure what the DIY rope is for?

So glad I went with this bottle cutter. I have been using to it to cut both whisky and wine bottles. The wine bottles are super easy because the glass is thin - mine have all came out pretty perfectly. It took a bit longer to get the hang of spirit bottles because of the thicker glass but the results are absolutely fab! I can't wait to make more candles!

Der Glasschneider ist super. Natürlich schreiben einige, dass er nicht funktioniert oder dass er schlecht schneidet. Aber sind wir uns ehrlich - es handelt sich um ein Brett mir Rollen zum drehen und einem Schneidezahn fürs Glas. Das ist keine Raketenwissenschaft und in diesem Fall auch anstandslos gut verarbeitet. Habe sofort 5 Weinflaschen geschnitten und die Anleitung funktioniert tatsächlich. Dachte zuerst nicht, dass Glas schneiden so einfach ist. Aber trotzdem eines nicht vergessen - das ist alles ÜBUNG. Und wie ein PC, ist das Gerät meistens nur so gut, wie die Person, die es bedient. :P Daher etwas über und dann klappt das schon mit dem Schneiden. Ich habe den Kauf jedenfalls nicht bereut und würde bei allen erhältlichen Glasschneidern zu diesem hier greifen.Zu meinen Bewertungen:Nachdem ich seit der ganzen Pandemie immer öfter hier bei Amazon die verschiedensten Dinge bestelle, hab ich mich eines Morgens gefragt, warum nicht auch zu meinen gekauften Artikeln eine Rezension abgeben? Ich recherchiere vor der Kaufentscheidung jeden Artikel bei allen Anbietern, vergleiche ähnliche Produkte und widme dem Entscheidungsprozess seeeeehr viel Zeit. Aber da ich schließlich online nicht einfach alles ausprobieren kann, bevor ich es kaufe, gehört das leider dazu. Natürlich erwische ich dadurch nicht immer das beste Produkt, aber dafür gibt es ja Rezensionen und mit Prime kann man zum Glück problemlos alles zurückschicken, wenn es denn sein muss.Wenn ich mit meinen Rezensionen Anderen etwas Zeit bei der "Qual der Wahl" ersparen kann, teile ich sie gerne und außerdem kann man somit verhindern, dass Produkte unnötig hin und her versendet werden müssen (weil sie doch nicht passen). Und das tut der Umwelt gut.Ich habe kein ausgefeiltes Testsystem. Meine Empfehlung beruht auf meiner persönlichen Zufriedenheit mit dem Produkt und meiner ausgiebigen Recherche. Meine Meinung ist weder zu kaufen, noch wird sie durch Geschenke beeinflusst. Wenn ein Händler gute Rezensionen will, dann macht er das am Besten, indem er qualitative Produkte an seine Kunden verkauft - so einfach ist das. Ich auch kein Bot - die schreiben nichts so lange Texte ;)Zum Abschluss noch viel Spaß beim Shoppen und wenn ich jemandem helfen konnte, würd ich mich über einen Daumen nach oben riesig freuen. :-)

Eso si hay que apretar bien la botella una vez la estes girando para que el corte sea en linea recta y cuando viertas el agua fria y caliente alternativamente asegurarse de que las gomas puestas por delante y por detras de la muesca quedan bien prietas para que no se resquebraje el cristal. Una vez roto, en mi caso al segundo baño de cambio de temperaturas, lijar los bordes con la lija que trae el propio pack. Me parece que por el precio que tiene es un buen pack, de caldiad y bastante completo, trae la propia base con dos pares de cuchillas en su armazon, 4 gomas, 3 papeles de lija, recambio de ruedin y una cuerda de yute.

La bouteille cutter est bien conforme à la description. Elle est très simple à utiliser est bien adaptable à toutes les tailles de bouteilles.Un cd avec des vidéos est inclus. Ils t'explique la façon d'utiliser la machine pour touts type de bouteilles. Je trouve que pour les bouteilles est beaucoup plus compliqué, cependant je n'ai pas encore essayé.Je suis très content de l'avoir acheté.
