These are excellent gardening gloves giving a fair amount of protection while being light enough to enable you to treat plants sensitively. I was also very pleased with the fit. I have small hands and have found it difficult in the past to find gloves to fit - these do. An added bonus is that they are comfortable to wear as they don't make your hands sweaty and fit neatly over your wrists.

The only gloves worth getting for general garden use (get the Showa thornmaster for particularly heavy and scratchy tasks). They allow complete precision for pruning and potting tasks. They are also washable in the washing machine on a delicate cycle.
