Not sure how to get the backlight to work, or if there even is one. Instructions make no mention on how to activate it. Unfortunately its the reason I opted to get this clock over others.That said, not sure why some people are having issues setting the time. Its pretty clearly stated in the instructions.If you're having trouble setting the time:1 - You need to be in clock mode.2 - Press and hold the S/S button until it beeps. Mine took around 6 seconds.3 - Use the M and S buttons to change the hours and minutes respectively.4 - Press S/S again to finish.

The clock is easy to read, but the instructions are absolutely the worse English I have ever had to figure out. Why do they not get someone fluent in English to do the writing.?The touch screen is delicate so it takes some practice to set it.and often one has to try it more than once to it set correctly...

The clock is great for telling time and is the perfect size. The directions are obviously translated (probably from Chinese) It took a long time to figure out how to set the clock. The 'M' button sets the hour, the 'S' button sets the minutes.

Very small. Doesn’t light up.I bought this primarily to use as a clock on my fridge but when I’m in the living room, I can’t even see the time because it’s so small and the black numbers don’t stand out at all.I’ve never successfully used this as a timer while cooking. I threw away the instructions and have tried quickly to set the timer a few times and couldn’t figure it out. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Does the job, really need clock in kitchen. Wish it had back light function for night. Magnet holds firm & good size screen.

This was the only timer with alarm that I could find with a magnet. It works great.

No mute option like in description

The on-off switch didn't work. the seconds counter is blurry which is distracting. The instruction manual is not very helpful and not very clear. I sent it back.
