The first package arrived opened and damaged and one of the lights did not work on one of the trees. I believe that this occurred in shipping. Amazon promptly sent another set, and they work perfect. We have a large deck any my wife loves a tropical scene. They seem sturdy built and add the desired effect.

Easy install. I opted for no tree trunk lights , just leaf and coconut lights. Accents the camp site nicely.

I purchased the 5ft & 7ft lighted palm set after reading many positive reviews. I thought this would be a high quality and high value product. I set both trees up and they were freestanding on my flat driveway. Lit up they looked fantastic. I moved both trees where I wanted them in the front yard and secured them with the stakes that were included. While securing the stakes into the 7ft tree the pole snapped clear from the base it was soldered onto, revealing a very weak and slightly rusted connection. Knocked me flat over when it fell onto my back and a coconut even landed on my head. I took pictures immediately. Upon going through the “report a problem” tab on Amazon I find out I’m required to take apart both trees, put them back into their MASSIVE box, figure out how to transport it to a shipping facility, all for them to either return the money I spent or to ship me another (probably defective) product to spend additional time assembling and setting up. It's a shame because the trees would have be perfect otherwise. Instead I'm left with disappointment having spent money on poor quality, a tough customer service process, and a chore. I suggest looking elsewhere for a better product that won't get you hopes up just to dash them.

I like these palm trees for a party

I wrote to the company and let them know that I didn’t open the box right away because our pool wasn’t ready so when I did open the box and we put it together only part of the lights work. I got a hold of the company and let them know that But they choose not to help me. Don’t buy this product it’s cheaply made and half of it doesn’t even work very disappointed, all I wanted to do was return it and get the exact same tree hoping this time it would work!! Bought this for our kids when they moved to Florida. They have it in my son's home office, visible from the street. Great gift, they love it. Lights up really well.

This is a fun addition to my outdoor patio. Everyone who sees it laughs and loves the novelty of an illuminated palm tree. Easy to put together. It's not sturdy enough to be outside 24/7. But I like it for what I paid. 👍
