The core part of this item is made of plastic. It arrives with screws and plugs. Depending on where you would like to fix it you can use smaller screws for thinner surfaces. The magnetic strips are pretty strong to hold knives screw drivers and large saucepan spoons or utensils. The item will fit the width of a normal kitchen cupboard door snugly. Happy with the purchase.

We originally had a knife holder with little black plastic straws in that was rubbish. This new magnetic knife holder is fixed to the wall or inside of a cupboard door and hold's our knives really well and keeps the worktop clear giving more room (I stuck our one to the wall with strong double sided tape as a temporary measure)

Esta soporte magnetico es justo lo que necesitaba para tener a mano mis cuchillos y que no estuvieran golpeandose por los cajones.Tiene fuerza de sobra para aguantar el peso de 5 cuchillos que es lo que yo tengo,incluso los grandes de chef, no se descuelgan.Yo no emplee los tornillos que incluye porque me parecen muy pequeños, en su lugar lo pegue a la pared ( bien limpia) con silicona y quedo perfecto.El envio perfecto,llego muy rapidoBuena compra 👍
