This isn't what I would call a pvc patch. It's more like an embroidered patch. Also this isn't what I'd call a small patch. It's more like like a patch that you would put near the shoulder on a shirt sleeve and that's really really a shame because I love this design so much but it is too big for my gear. However, since I love it so much I put it on my gear anyways. Just really wish it has been smaller. Otherwise it's a terrific patch that looks well made and if....size doesn't matter to you...then this is the way to go. I recommend.
