I would say it's a medium support brace. Not as much compression as some. For around the house or walking on level ground, it's does well.

My son has had occasional knee pain since his middle school wrestling days when he tore something in his knee. This brace helps him get relief. Its lightweight, breathable and just the right amount of compression he needs.

This knee sleeve is very comfortable. I can wear it for a long time (and sometimes even forget I have it on. It is light weight and breathable. However, also due to being so lightweight, it doesn't give a huge amount of compression. The material is thin around the knee area and I am concerned that that area might tear. I got this mainly for travel since I will be walking a lot in a humid climate, so I need some extra knee support especially going up stairs. I also stand a lot for work so my knees are very tired at the end of the day. This sleeve makes my knee feel much better compared to my non-sleeved leg. It is a little on the pricey side fore one sleeve, but I really would like to get another one for my other knee. This is much more comfortable than my other set of thick, super tight compression sleeves. My other thick ones give better compression, but keeping my knees bent can cut off circulation. These do not cut off circulation behind the knee when bent. However, because they are lightweight, they are more for support than for compression

I've recently, as one does at my age, had some problems with the ACL on one of my knees. It's not awful, but it's showing its age. I have found that giving it some support helps stabilize it and minimize the pain. I got a bunch of different braces of varying degrees of support, and I'm trying them out.This is very light weight, easy to wear, and it doesn't get all hot and sweaty. I live in a warm place, so the coolness factor is very important. It provides minimal effective support. It does work for my needs, which aren't very severe providing some stability, but it's not enough support to minimize the soreness entirely. At least it's not twisting or giving me sharp pains when I wear this. The sizing is difficult. I measured, and I was 49cm, between L and XL. However, I wish I'd gone with the L. Every brace I've gotten has been different, but since this is just a sleeve without any adjustability, it really isn't providing the compression level I'd prefer. I wanted to avoid the binding at the thigh, which is uncomfortable, but this elastic isn't the kind that is binding. It's not a tight fit. The cost seems a bit high for a single sleeve, but it is giving me the help I need with minimal discomfort, so it might be worth it.

I sometimes have a bit of trouble with the tendons on the side of my knee and have tried one of the wrap-around braces, but it was a little too much. I wanted more of a compression sleeve, so I ordered this one. My leg measured right around 40-41 cm at 4 inches above the knee, so I ordered a small. It fits fine, but if you are close to the border between sizes and don't want it too tight, you might want to size up. It fits fine and feels comfortable. I mostly wanted the compression so the side braces and cushion on the front weren't necessary for me and felt a bit funny. The brace slid on pretty easily for me, but when it was time to remove it, I could not just pull it straight off. I had to sort of roll it off, which the splints on the side didn't bend easily to do. This will be good to have for when my knee acts up, but I think I'll keep looking for a compression brace without any extra stabilizers in it.

Fortunately think I got the right size. It adds enough support to feel more confident walking without cutting off circulation or making my leg swell. Elasticity seems just right.

This knee sleeve is comfortable to wear and offers some relief on days when I have to climb the stairs a lot and my arthritic knees protest. It's a lot lighter than hinged knee braces, and the result is that the level of support is also lighter.

I need some extra knee support as I've gotten older and starting to have knee issues. I got this to use while doing exercising and jiu jitsu. It's very lightweight and comfortable and like the side spring stabilizers. I think it's good for general walking or moving about, but not really for more strenuous activities and exercise where you may need more compression & support.

I've tried so many knee sleeves over the years, but this one surprised me. It is really comfortable and I can really feel firm but not restricting support.

Gerade bei sportlicher Betätigung, benötige ich für meine Knie eine Bandage die eine stützende Funktion gewährleisten kann. Ohne diese Stützfunktion bekomme ich schon nach den ersten Kilometern einen unangenehmen Schmerz, der mir eine weitere sportliche Betätigung bis weit in den nächsten Tag unmöglich macht.Genau hier kommen die Kniebandagen “KE60 Airy“ der Marke “Bracoo“ mit ins Spiel, welche laut Beschreibung meine Knie an Ort und Stelle halten möchte aber gleichzeitig auch eine uneingeschränkte Bewegung ermöglichen will.Verpackt kommen die schwarze Kniebandage, in einer einfachen aber dennoch nett gestalteten und wiederverschliessbaren Plastiktüte. Nach der Zuhilfenahme der Größentabelle in der Produktbeschreibung und dem schnellen ausmessen, habe ich mich für die Größe S entschieden.Leider befindet sich im Lieferumfang nur eine Kniebandage und wie ich denke müssen die allermeisten noch eine zweite Bandage besorgen.Nach dem öffnen der Verpackung nimmt man erfreulicherweise, keinerlei chemische oder andere unangenehmen Gerüche wahr. Die Haptik der Bandagen, fühlt sich hochwertig an und scheint sehr elastisch zu sein. Direkt unter dem Kniebereich kann mein ein Pad erkennen bzw. ertasten, welches dem Knie seine Stabilität verleihen möchte.Das überziehen der Bandagen ist einfach geschehen und sobald diese an der richtigen Stelle sitzen üben diese eine ausreichende Kompression aus. Diese reicht zumindest für mich aus, um ohne Beschwerden meinem Sport nachkommen zu können. Die leichte Unterstützung des Pads bewirkt hier eine zusätzliche Sicherheit für mein Knie. Auch rutschen diese nicht, sondern bleiben an Ort und Stelle… TOLL…Was ich als sehr angenehm erachte ist ebenfalls die gute Schweiß Absorption und die wie oben schon erwähnte Atmungsaktivität. Egal ob beim joggen, beim Yoga oder beim Fahrradfahren die einfachen Kniebandagen sind in diesen Fällen meine neuen Begleiter und können wie schon erwähnt eine gut Stützfunktion erfüllen ohne unangenehm auf meine Knie zu wirken…. Mein Mann leidet nach einer Schleimbeutelentzündung im Knie unter einer großen Zyste am Knie, die leider sehr hartnäckig ist und nach dem Punktieren sofort wieder kommt.Da er fast keine Schmerzen hat, muss das Gelenk nicht ruhig gestellt, sondern nur etwas unterstützt werden. Er trägt die Bracoo KE60 Airy Kniebandage im Wechsel mit einer schmalen Bandage.Die Bracoo Bandage empfindet er aber als sehr angenehm, da sie nicht stört oder rutscht und nur etwas stabilisiert und durch die leichte Kompression hoffentlich auch bald die Zyste dazu bringt, zurück zu gehen. Das untere Gelpad der Bandage liegt genau auf der Zyste, was sich im Alltag als sehr gut erwiesen hat, da es diese empfindliche Stelle gegen Stöße schützt und auch den Druck ausgleicht, wenn er sich doch einmal kurz hinknien muss.Fazit: Schützende und stabilisierenden Kniebandage mit leichter Kompression, die sich komfortabel tragen lässt.
