Very comfy and fit well
This make my ears hurt so much less and help the nose cancellation a lot.

Good, but watch out for poorly seated tips on earbud
Almost perfect, but sub optimal fit to earbud on one side. I'm using the Large size for both ears, and I have one that just doesn't quite want to fit properly on the earbud. It's difficult to show, but one of the memory foam tips doesn't seat all the way down to lock in place. This seems to be an out-of-spec tip, as it has the same gap if I try to install the tip on the left or right earbud. Otherwise, the tips ARE comfortable and seal out sound after they spring back in a minute or two. They give good support for the earbud, and hold in place nicely. Unfortunately, the ear tip that fits poorly likes to pop off the earbud and stay stuck in my ear canal when I remove the earbud. Luckily it's been relatively easy to fish out... but definitely not ideal.
