Very informative and well written guide to sexuality and the uses of herbs in sexual health. I really enjoyed reading this book. I plan to have my daughters read it before they get married. It would be a helpful guide for the inexperienced person.Yay for Brigitte Mars for tackling this sensitive subject with respect and directness.

I resonate with a lot information Brigitte Mars provides on her website. I purchased this book because I wanted to know more about managing my PMS. I fear menopause. ;) I have found the information provided to be very helpful, especially the use of wild yam cream (I like Organic Excellence brand), flower essences and Vitex (chasteberry). I have not read this book word for word, but I've just spent 3 1/2 hours reading portions of and looking over every section. Based on the description, I thought this book would be written with sexually experienced adults in mind, however the information (though interesting, well organized, and easy to follow) is all very basic. The description is misleading. Definitely not the right book for me, but it would be a great place to start for a teen! I will give this book to my sister-in-law for my niece.
