Was blown away at the beautiful handle, but disappointed that the edge was so mediocre. It takes a decent edge but you will have to sharpen it when you get it. No box or sheath.

This is the second time I have purchased this same knife. The first one I bought soon became my favorite finish carving tool and I didn't want to be caught without it so I bought a second for a back up! It is a very well made and comfortable knife to work with. My order was filled and delivered in days. Very pleased!

The knife came on time but the blade is Stainless Steel (SS), or look alike, and not really very sharp. I would need a round sharpening stone or two to see if it can be made sharp. SS is known not to be a good knife metal. It looks nice but will probably not see much use.

Although the knife was very sharp. The tip broke about 1/4” down the blade after about ten cuts. This can only mean the tempering was not right. Very little pressure was applied to the blade. Would not recommend this knife.

I liked the shape. The Knife came not ready to use I am sharping and honing so I can use the tool.

Surprisingly dull blade. I'll sharpen it myself, but most wood carving blades arrive already sharpened and ready for use.

This is a true 100% scalpel ! Which means it's great ! I have the wounds to prove it.

Comfortable to use carve with and easy to keep sharp.
