It's a good, hotel weight, feather pillow. I would buy another from a quality and comfort standpoint, although the price I was quoted for a purchase overseas was pretty high, and I suspect you can find other feather pillows of the same size and weight for less.

This pillow is exquisitely reminiscent of spending a night in a luxurious hotel. I often travel for work and because of that I stay at hotels where I enjoy the comfort of those pillows. I know many of you have thought about buying the whole bed set they use in the hotels. Now with this pillow I can bring that comfort home every night! What I like most about this pillow is its comfort and how I can adjust its firmness by fluffing my pillow to get the perfect elevation that is most comfortable for my head. It’s not like the inexpensive pillows we are accustomed to seeing that is either too stiff or too soft. I am overall very content with this product and happy that I found a pillow that meets the quality of the luxury hotel pillows. Lastly I appreciate the long lasting quality of this pillow, as I will be able to use it in comfort for many years before having to get another one to replace.

I was skeptical about this pillow because I feel like you get such variable results with down pillows, but these are really great pillows! There was a very slight smell (which I think is unavoidable with down) but it was not at all noticeable by the evening with a pillow case on. It’s described as firm and I think it’s important to note it is firm for a down pillow, but not really if you are comparing it with a foam pillow like tempur-pedic or something like that. You still sink into it. I’ve also used this as a body pillow because I’m pregnant and it works great for that. I can’t speak to how well it holds up long term but I’m pretty confident it will hold its shape and fluff a lot longer than bargain brands. If you’re wanting a good quality down pillow this is the way to go.

Bought this last year and I now see there is a "Frequent Return" warning on this item. It is the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever owned (and the most $$) and after trying to find a comfortable position with it (there isn't one) I need stop using it because it has not only affected my sleep, but I wake up every morning not being able to move my neck and have constant headaches! I also bought one for my husband that is not the "white duck fill" and he has been complaining about it since almost day one of purchasing. Wish I would have returned when the windows was still open. :-( Because this was one of "Oprah's favorite things" I'm assuming it works for someone with a large head?

Pillows are OK, but I expected more after reading the reviews, and also due to the price tag. I've been sleeping on them for a week now, first few days were promising, but now the pillows feel rock hard and uncomfortable. Should have gone with the Ritz pillows.
