Worst massage ever.
These are HORRIBLE. Using a flat surface to massage any part of the body is as useful as using a spatula to eat cereal. The whole point of massage is to put pressure on the muscle. And the whole point of using a stone is to make it easier on the person doing the massage. And yeah the heat, but also THE MASSAGE. Rocks with a flat surface make it even harder to massage than just using your hands. Who came up with this IDIOTIC idea?! Don't buy this. What a waste of ingenuity.

Great for warmth
I like that the stones provide warmth. On a cold day, just stick two hot stones in your sock or run it on your tummy to calm yourself. Whoever said these stones are horrible or unnatural is saying it by opinion. I think these stones are the best.
