I always believed in the healing power of crystal, and have been giving it as housewarming gifts to some of my better friends, so I was really excited finding this listing to customize crystal at an affordable price. Husband and I have been together for 8 years now each Christmas he out gifted me, even though I bought TV's, Robot cleaners, etc, so I’ve been searching for something that’s meaningful and thoughtful. I ordered this Friday before thanksgiving, and I received it the day after thanksgiving already! It's so elegant and beautiful. In the rush to place the order, I randomly typed something, but I didn't see a layout page so I was worried it won't turn out right, but it showed up perfectly. To my surprise, it came with a USB light source that I haven't noticed when ordered. I don't plan to keep it plugged in all the time though, since w/o the light, it's beautiful enough and I don't want to see the wire - nice to have though, I will plug it in at his birthday, which is 2 days after Christmas. Can't wait to give this and see how happy he will be.

Far exceeded my expectations. A gift for my mother that melted her heart. Very reasonably priced and top quality stone with very detailed picture that turned out clear and realistic especially with the 3D effects. Love this piece!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL

Etching over one of the heads in the photo is just solid black. Like half of my hat is just missing. Otherwise it looks pretty nice, but it's really pixelated. I expected a much higher quality product for the price.
