Worked perfectly after following some youtube video for Apple Macbook Pro 13 Model A 2289. Replacement is not easy and requires about 2 hours of dedicated and focused time but its worth it as it restored my laptop to 100% battery life else I had to spend on a new laptop. Some things to be careful is not to loose track of the screws, where each one goes. Be careful when removing the old battery as it is very solidly glued to the macbook chassis and same goes when removing the trackpad, which I think I could have avoided. Also be very very careful about the very very tiny cables and hinges as you will break them if you are not careful. In the end its worth it.

Well... The first battery I received would not take a charge, I tried all my updates, resets etc.... but I got hold of customer service and 2 days later I had another battery that works perfectly as it should so far, and yes I returned the first battery

I have only had the battery about a week and it is used in an old laptop that I rarely used and the original battery swelled and had to be replaced. This battery seems to work well and I have not had any issues with charging or the operation of the laptop. The only issue that I discovered is that during the Apple Hardware Test (AHT), it reports and error code 4. This could be simply that it is not OEM or it could be a more sinister issue that I have just not discovered yet, and may never discover. From a Google search: The Apple Hardware Test (AHT) error code 4xxx/4/40000005 indicates a problem with your Mac's battery, most commonly due to a third-party replacement. Although the exact code is not in Apple's official public documentation, reports from technicians and users on Apple's forums and other repair sites confirm this meaning. Thus the 4 start rating.

La batería tiene el tamaño perfecto , bien empaquetada y llegó en el plazo estimado. La he instalado en mi MacBook A1465 y ha dado una nueva vida al portátil. En resumen cumple con su propósito.
