So nice I bought it twice
I needed a shed to fit in a particular space and these sheds fit the bill. My daughter and I put them together, it took a bit of time. The directions are like IKEA directions so if you are not good with that, find someone that is. Two pairs of gloves are included with the kit and I recommend using them. Building the first shed, I really didn’t need the gloves. There are small screws and nuts and bolts which makes it difficult with gloves, but with the second shed, the edges were much sharper and i sliced my hand twice. So wear the gloves. Not all of the holes line up perfectly, some not at all. Having a fine drill bit was definitely doable to drill proper holes. I'd say that probably 98% of the holes connections line up.On the first shed, it was missing one piece…the very last piece. I contacted their customer service and they replied quickly and sent out the missing piece immediately. Also, with shipping dates, both sheds arrived before their predicted dates, so that was fine, too.For the money, i think these sheds are excellent. I didn’t fancy spending a few thousand dollars for a shed that I'd have to get permits to build. My sheds are nestled between some trees and have a bit of protection from the wind ( it’s very wind where I live). I did put them on pallets in case of minor flooding and I built a floor on those pallets from leftover flooring. You can get that at any ReStore for little money. Then I attached the shed to the floor. I don’t think these sheds would be great standing alone as they are very lightweight. I’m almost 70 years old and could lift the shed by myself onto the pallets. All in all, I am quite happy with them and would buy another if I needed. At first, I was going to give four stars, but I changed it to five stars because they suit my needs perfectly.

Well worth the money.
Bought this shed to store automotive stuff that I didnt want to clutter in my garage.I was actually impressed with the kit. Be advised the panels are flimsy, but once assembled it's pretty solid built. Im not saying bullet proof, but for $100-120 cant beat the price.Definitely get help in beginning to hold the panels so they dont bed or crease. The pad i poured was 40"×40" and had about 1" edge all around. Will need to provide your own foundation and anchoring hardware.Don't tighten screws all the way until assembly is done. The holes will line up better. My only complaint was the white roof edge is flimsy, I ended up adding a few screws in middle where also the roof sheets over lapped to hold better.Instructions were ok, some inaccuracies such as missing pictures of washers and such but overall understandable and got it done. Installation took about 1 hr or so.Biggest con is peeling the plastic covering. But I understand why so it protects the paint.

10x12 Shed Kit
Let's start with some of the other reviews. Those that complain about the "sturdiness" of it and how you can't lean against it...it's an ALUMINUM shed, not a wood framed tuff shed. It's as sturdy as a metal shed is going to be.Next, the plastic on the panels. Oh...my...dear...God. Let me tell you that people aren't lying about this taking FOREVER to peel off. I had three people peeling an entire Saturday as I assembled and they couldn't feed me panels fast enough. I feel sorry for someone that does that part without help. Invite some friends to help (they won't be friends when they're done tho so maybe not close friends). The screws, oh the screws. There's A LOT! Enough said.Bent panels. Now, I have mixed feelings here. Were there some bent panels. Yes. Was this the manufacturers fault, no. Did the shipping boxes have an excess of damage, no (a little worn, but nothing that would indicate that anything would have been wrong). All I can think of here is that as the boxes were handled, probably multiple times, they were probably dropped and leveraged against shelving and such to cause the bending I encountered. That being said, most of the bent spots were easily bent back in to shape by hand with only a few noticeable panels once assembled that didn't line up exactly right. There was however one panel for the door that was unusable. See the end of the review about this.Did I mention the plastic that needs peeled? Finally, the screw holes misaligned. Did every single hole line up perfect, of course not. Did some, yes. Did others, not quite. That being said, it's thin aluminum and with just the smallest bit of "stretching" all misaligned holes found their home and the screws went right in.Directions. Not as bad as made out to be. Just take your time, grab the right panel numbers, you'll make it...EVENTUALLY.Customer service. Here's where the unusable panel comes in. Each door is made with two panels. One of mine had a crease in the metal from the top all the way to the bottom and it was right across the holes for the door latch catch. I still assembled it but the doors did not line up to close and latch at all. I contacted customer service via email and within hours got a response after reporting the issue. I was asked for some pictures, which I provided, and there were no other questions asked. In less that 24 hours a replacement was sent which I received in 3 days. Customer service contacted me throughout, letting me know the status as it made it's way to me and the replacement arrived in perfect condition. Gotta give 5 stars to their customer service dept, couldn't have been easier.Overall, it's exactly what I ordered it for, a storage shed.Lastly, don't forget to anchor it down! After assembly, we had to slide it in to place against the garage (it went too close to build it and be able to install screws). Once my assembled, my 5'3" wife and I were able to push at the bottom of the frame and it slid with relative ease across the concrete. If not anchored down after you build it, it won't stay put with a breezy storm. The only reason for the four stars was the bent door panel that was replaced but had to sit open while waiting for it. Would recommend as an inexpensive shed for backyard storage.

Poor Quality Shed – Frustrating Experience All Around
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The shed I received was extremely flimsy and cheaply made. To make matters worse, it arrived missing several key parts, making it impossible to put together. I contacted customer service and got the complete runaround about getting the missing pieces delays, vague responses, and no real help. After a long and difficult process, I finally requested a refund. They arranged for FedEx to pick up the shed, which was done. However, now the company is claiming they never received the return, adding more frustration to an already bad experience. This entire process was a headache from start to finish poor quality product, terrible customer service, and shady return handling. Save yourself the time and stress shop elsewhere.
