This watch AND the app are amazing!- GPS positioning is fairly quick (takes about 45 second to load) and accurate.- you can set up automatic GPS positioning (every 3 minutes, 5 minutes, etc.) or you can just refresh it on the app.- remote monitoring is quick and works flawlessly (takes about 10 seconds for the watch to call once you’ve clicked on the app to start remote monitoring - the child will have no idea that you are listening in).- option for military time OR 12-hour.- front-facing camera.- two-way voice messaging (it only works with the people that have the app downloaded because the child’s messages will pop up in the app).- contacts are set up though the app.- emergency call button (it calls the emergency contact number you set up in the app - takes about 12 seconds for the call to go through from the time that the child holds down the SOS button on the side of the watch).- electronic fence or safe zone can be set up through the app.- reception is great!- you can set up a time period for when to restrict use of the watch (the watch still shows the time, but the child can't swipe to see the icons. The SOS button still works in restricted mode).- comes with a screen protector already on.- requires a nano SIM card (I purchased the $5 SmartTalk one).- quick set up - download the app and scan the QR code and that's about it! It all took me maybe 15 minutes to activate the SIM, install it, and set up the app and connect the watch.- battery life lasts about 13 hours, and quick charging (about 25-30 minutes for a full charge).- the app is extremely user-friendly!- okay, the bad (which really isn’t too bad to me)... there are icons on the watch for music and weather, and they don't seem to work. BUT, I didn't buy the watch for those options, so it's all good. One more thing, if the watch is set up for the restricted mode (such as during school), the child can turn the watch off and back on, and the icons aren't restricted for about a minute or two, but then it will revert back to restricted mode.I looked at tons of watches on here, contemplating which one to buy, and I'm glad I purchased this one! My son loves it!

Very cheap quality..one didn't work at all the other one stopped working after 5weeks. No manufacturer's warranty. It's just there for decor.. return was a hustle. I ended up losing 50% of what i paid for (priority mail $8/watch, plus no full refund (refunded only 75% for a none working watch and the one that stopped working 70%) .

Did not work. The suggested SIM card did not fit.

I have ordered and returned four other smart watches for kids...they were impossible to set up/figure out. the set up and instructions for this were pretty good. my biggest issue is that not all the functions on this watch worked. For example, it has a menu item on the watch for weather and music but this version does not support those two functions and was not available on the associated phone app. I did have very responsive customer service support via their email and they stated they were willing to look at making some software engineering changes to prevent customers believing they had features that certain versions of the watch did not support. it works for what i wanted it for, to be in touch with my child quickly and easily and my daughter is thrilled. however, i would really consider other options before buying this watch.

Watch is horrible and no one returns ur emails and there is no phone number to contact for help. Horrible investment in this product
