When the hoist arrived (UPS) it was in a cardboard box that looked like it had been dragged behind the truck. The paperwork (instructions & diagrams) and hardware were missing. The product had been shipped in a light cardboard box and the hoist was not secured inside of it. It therefore bounced around and ripped huge holes in the box. Numerous other customers had mentioned missing hardware and paperwork in their reviews. I decided to hook it up and purchased the needed hardware from a local store. The installation was fairly easy and I had no problems until hooking up the control box. The box was either damaged in shipping or defective and it wouldn't work. I isolated the problem and knew it was in the control box. I contacted Vevor and explained the problem. They asked for pictures and videos. I sent pictures but a video of the crane not working was no more than a picture. They replied and said they needed a video to diagnose the problem. I explained it was the control box and what I had done to isolate the problem but sent the video anyway. I tried to contact them several more times but only got e-mails in return that referred me to a link that was absolutely useless. I tried calling them and waited on hold until their store closed (over two hours). I had done a lot of custom work setting the hoist up and didn't really want to return it. I ordered a different control box from another vendor which fixed the problem. The hoist works good but I am doubtful if it will pick 2,200 lbs. If you purchase this product expect missing parts and no customer service.

Great value for the price.

On delivery, Box was completely broken /exposed and contents spilling out. Due to improperly being packaged there were several missing items including 3 different pins, 1 screw with bolt and the braking system.

upon receiving this lift the box was destroyed due to it being put in a box unrestrained, after opening the box there is no hardware inside, no instructions. when putting on the top of winch it would not slide over the other section due to the amount of powder coating. luckily i have a shop so i had the hardware available and the ability to get the bearings over the excess powder coating. The remote is something out of my kids toy box, very cheap and very obvious it will not last long,
