Great headset, very clear in use for phone calls etc comfortable light great that it connects to two devices at the same-time (I use a landline and moble so no having the "wrong" phone to answer). It plays music "ok" ish not really good for that, ok for background when working... That is stated on the add. If you want a good practical hands-free headset at a good price this is it.

It's a neat product that sits on its stand magnetically attached when return ear cup to the base. It paired very easily to my devices. Useful for the endless Zoom/Teams meetings where I don't need hifi quality. It offers good voice reproduction. My dislike is the TINY, and I mean tiny, manual. So small that you need a magnifying glass or super vision. I have neither of those! Seems to be a trend of manufacturers now to do this. Luckily was easy to set up. However, no online manual to refer to and nothing in the box to tell you where to send it should it go wrong under warranty!

I bought this after reading so many positive reviews. I was looking forward to using these since working from home and finding myself on conference calls 4-5 hours a day. I had 3 key requirements: comfort; adequate sound quality, and wireless (so not to get in my way while working). This has failed on all three points!I tested by Skype calling several people and found it irritating and tight after about 15 minutes, the sound quality was like making a call in the 1980s, I really could not believe how poor it was and tested by calling different people with different apps (WhatsApp, Messenger) and from both a laptop and mobile. Going by all the positive reviews, I really wonder if I received a faulty product! Finally, while I was able to pair the headset with my laptop easily, every time I powered off/on I had to re-pair it. I'm returning this product!

Great product; excellent sound quality and battery life is amazing. However, it's quite uncomfortable on my ear after about an hour. I've improvised by removing the foam outer layer on my previous wired headphones and using that as a cushion between my ear & the headset. Like I say, great product for the price but the ear cover could be more padded to make it more comfortable to wear for longer periods.

The headset did not work when we received it, so decided it need a charge but that wasn't the problem the unit was completely dead. So these were returned.

Sound is really good and so is the range, but it's not comfortable in the least and makes using it very annoying
