The smaller wheel size makes this model extremely manoeuvrable, but much slower than the 16 or 20 inch wheel models. It comes with a wide array of features, such as a new 25.4mm diametre anti-twist seatpost, tyres suitable for both indoors and the street, and a contoured seat with rear and front bumpers designed with comfort in mind. Great!
Not that my 5 year old can even go it but it is soooo cool! When her legs get a bit longer she'll give it a good go. I'd say its best for 7 years plus.
