Very well made, and beautiful. Very thin at one end is perfect for scraping. I purchased them as a Father's Day Gift for my husband who likes to cook with wooden utensils. I made scrambled eggs with one of them, and also used one for stirring mussels in onions and tomatoes. They are lovely.

For the first time ever, I am SO glad to be asked to review a product I bought on Amazon.These spatulas are just as described. Beautiful wood. Nicely shaped. A joy to use. Easy to maintain - do buy some food grade beeswax produce to keep these wonderful products in tip-top condition. I’m eager to buy more of Earlywood’s products!

We've been looking to replace everything plastic with wooden utensils (and not from China). Found some rather expensive utensils that are fine, but also stumbled on to these. They check every box for functionality and quality and are quickly becoming our most used kitchen tools. The Craftsmanship is just top notch and they are really beautiful.

Almost too pretty to use! Very well crafted with the right balance. The Mexican ebony is not as dark as it shows in the photo. It would be nice if more products were available on Amazon. Not fan of the logo placement though.

Good kitchen tools. They get the job done when other traditional spatulas are too big. They are not as finished as I had hoped, but they work!!

These are beautifully made and so versatile that everyone will benefit from using them to prep ingredients, cook food, and serve it. It’s the kind of tool you didn’t know you needed until you have them. Having at least two is a good idea so they can be used to toss and serve food by squeezing it between two of those, or to use one to hold food in place while using the other to lift it. They are so pretty that they can be left on a countertop or wood butcher block ready to be used and improve the aesthetics of the kitchen. I’ll get spoons too, these are very cleverly designed for functionality with quality wood and without sacrificing their looks. Of the three sizes I use the middle sized on the most for cooking and the longest one the most for prepping food to remove scraps from the cutting board or butcher block. The price is fair given the quality workmanship and the value these bring to their users. They came well protected and with instructions to care for them. The package contained a little scratch pad that can be used before applying oil once in a while, the same kind of maintenance done for wood cutting board. I strongly recommend these for their quality, aesthetics, design, and overall cleverness of these tools for those prepping, cooking, and serving food. As I said, a great example of something you have no idea you need until you get your hands on them.
