Amazing. Best purchase ever
I thought the price was a little sketchy but I really needed a MacBook for school. It didn’t turn on at first, but it was fully dead. It came with a charger and didn’t have the apple box with the MacBook. However, it came safe and sound. This is the 2nd time I bought from Amazon refurbished and I’m satisfied. Thank you so much. Amazing. Wonderful. I am a lucky bunny.

Stopped working and overheating after 3 months
Bought for my daughter going to high school, seemed fine. However it was playing up and now it’s completely stopped working and burning hot. After taking it to the Apple Store we were told this was in fact a 2019 model and not 2020; one charging port not working either. Do not buy from this seller!

Great company and product
The first Macbook air I ordered from Chrome Source arrived with a missing right arrow key. But, the company was great in accepting my return with refund - and the replacement is perfect. I really love it. Fast, great screen, etc.

Works great for price!!!
100% worth it for the price. I will say I do ALOT with this laptop. I am a college student and I play the sims and own a lot of packs and mods which require a high functioning laptop. It’s fast and up to date only minor issues that aren’t really important to me. It does get hot and the fans get loud but I experienced that with my old MacBook brand new from Apple. Also some of the keys needed to be replaced which I found on Amazon for under $15.

It never turned on. So sad.
It doesn’t turn on. It said excellent conditions but it was scratch, dirty, no power even it was plugged and it didn’t turn on at all.

Limited quality
Worked fine for a few months but has slowly developed bugs and has trouble powering on.

SO FAR, SO GOOD
so far, so good. i just got my laptop and i guess when it comes to refurbished products, it is always hit or miss, because so far my laptop has been great. good as new. came in apple packaging with everything included. no scratches, marks or any sign of defect or use. turns on and stays on… super clear and just overall great! i have no complaints so far. i was skeptical after reading some reviews, but since there were more good than bad, i figured i’d take the chance and so far, i'm glad i did. i was in need of a new laptop, since having my macbook pro since like 2012/13. i also wanted something lighter and this one was within my budget! like i said, i guess it is just hit or miss, but i love mine. thank you!

Keyboard Issues
There is minor wear and tear on the keyboard display. Everything internally works well, but also adding - the keyboard letters, "F, C, V, and N" as well as the "escape" button are hard to click on in order to show up as I type. That is the biggest setback
