Extremely Disappointing Screen Protector - Misleading Product Listing
I purchased this tempered glass protector for my S23 Ultra. I'll get the good out of the way - installation was relatively easy, although the instructions could have been a bit clearer. The protector seems secure on my phone, and other reviews suggest it offers a decent amount of protection.Otherwise, this was an extremely disappointing protector that I'm going to have to replace. Because Amazon allows the seller to include an absurdly large number of different protectors under one listing/page, the reviews are misleading and fail to point out key "features" of this item that may not be present in versions for other phones. The biggest problem is with how the protector is designed to work with the fingerprint reader. I was not prepared for a spot on the protector located over the portion of the screen used for the reader that stands out from the rest of the phone. It's visible whether the screen is on or off and is very distracting. If you're going to pay a premium for the Ultra model of the phone, why would you want a circle present on the screen image at all times? I would almost be able to forgive this if the eyesore at least made the reader dependable, but no - the fingerprint reader has a horrible success rate in capturing any of the four fingers I've registered. My first attempt works maybe about a quarter of the time. Another quarter of the time, it fails all five of the maximum number of attempts and I need to enter my PIN. This problem seems to be exacerbated by lighting conditions, particularly in dark rooms.Beyond the reader, the protector negatively impacts the screen as a whole. It's incredibly reflective, making the screen extremely difficult to read in many situations. It also collects smudges at an aggressively high rate, although they at least clean off pretty easily. There are also several spots on the phone where touches often don't register.I've had to order a flexible protector from another brand, making this a waste of money. Again, the fact that this is listed along with 24 other Arshek protectors for different models, for both screens and lenses, and both flexible and tempered glass, is a big problem. All of these items share a single rating and the same pool of reviews. This isn't a matter of different quantities or sizes. These are very clearly different products that should be evaluated separately. It's also worth noting that nowhere in the description or images is the circle for the fingerprint reader featured. Seeing both how prominent and ineffective it is, this feels like an unforgiveable omission. I suspect it was deliberate, as I don't believe I would have purchased the protector had I known about this specific "feature."The photo I've included should demonstrate both how visible the circle is and how reflective the protector is in general.

Cover won't stay on phone and fingerprint doesn't work
Cover pops off at slightest drop! Also, it is almost impossible to get the fingerprint to take when cover is on.

Horrible.
Amazing that when I bought these the rating was too bad, but now it's down to a 1.9, and I understand why. The adhesive is not very strong. The fingerprint void or whatever is pretty obvious visually, and it is not fingerprint-friendly. I re-registered my prints and am having a very difficult time getting them to work consistently. On top of all of that, where the protector curves, there is a very noticeable vertical line on both sides of the screen. Granted, they are case-friendly...so...they have that going for them...I guess?

Maybe I got a bad set
Well where to start - I got what I paid for I guess. Purchased this 3 pack only a month ago. I'm on the 3rd one. I have not dropped my phone. I don't use it that often. I work from home and it's on my desk majority of the day except if I'm grocery shopping. I'm only going to use the 3rd one until I am able to go get the more expensive one from my phone carrier. What I identified as the issue with at least this current one and the one I removed yesterday, is there is no "adhesive" except on the fingerprint reader and the very outside curved edges(very minimal). The entire top of the protector could not adhere to the phone Other models I've had have had some stick to them to keep in place. This resulted in numerous pockets (not small bubbles) of raised protector and just using the S pen, it would crack. I had to push harder with the pen to get through the raised area. Also the fingerprint reader did not work. Tried 5x. I don't like leaving negative reviews but in this example it was 3 of the same item purchased as a set.

Easy installation, it protects but....
Have been using this for a week now... Installation was easy and I followed all the instructions. As advertised, this is a bubble-free installation, fits with my case with no problem and overall it looks nice.Issues I'm having:As I mentioned, I followed all the instructions and fingerprints weren't recognizing for the first 24 hours. After the 24 hrs I deleted all the fingerprint and redid them - this worked. However, the screen is not as sensitive anymore so i have to try a few times with my fingerprints to get into the phone.Sensitivity - since installing this screen protector whenever i try clicking on a link, or anything really, i have to use a little bit of force, otherwise it doesn't recognize it. I use edge panels and i struggle soooooo much trying to opening it because i have to use force to slide it.Also, i didn't realize that the screen protector had a permanent circle mark where the fingerprint goes but this is my own fault for not realizing it before purchasing. It's very distracting when watching videos or reading.I'm happy it provides protection to my phone but can't wait to run out of my 3 pack to try a different brand.

Very distracting and incredibly cheaply made
This screen protector has a visible dot matrix to transfer touch to the touchscreen, a very old and cheap way of achieving this. Additionally, there is a large visible circle where the material/thickness is different around the fingerprint sensor.Bought and installed it for my girlfriend, she immediately said thanks but no thanks and had me remove it. Replaced it with an invisible shield protector and she immediately loved it.Moral of the story: this screen protector is for a $1200+ top of the line phone with a QHD+ 1440P display and 120hz refresh rate. Don't spoil it with a cheap screen protector when the premium one is $30

Thumbprint sensor is annoying
Protector protects well, but the circle around the thumbprint is visible and annoying. I barely see it any more, but it is definitely still there. I also had to recalibrate my fingerprint sensor.Responsiveness is fine, you can adjust your phone settings
