This is the real deal. 100 % goose liver pate. AMAZING. Takes a while to get here but worth the it. Smooth and delicious.

It was very delicious although I like the "pure" one better without any other ingredients. (other then truffles) This one had port wine in it which was fine and still tasted great but I would prefer the plain one next time, if available. (which it was not)

I am very familiar with the smell and taste of goose foie gras. But this was terrible! The main issue was the smell - not like a usual pate, but rather like cat food. The texture had a graininess again like cat food. It was so bad, that after two small tastes, I had to put it down the garbage disposal followed by baking soda. Also, the product shipped from Asia and as such, I couldn't read any of the ingredient label like a USA product. Can not recommend at all

Yummy for a canned Foie Gras! Impossible to get fresh goose foie gras in US, so this is a nice little consolation prize!
