Invoice Record Book For Vat (A4) - Account Book V001

I bought the set of: Cashbook, VAT Invoices and Purchases. Fantastic bargain. These three ledgers are very helpfully laid out, and I would say essential for any small business. Whilst there is software that does the same not very business is going to want to invest the time to set up such software or indeed the cost of purchase and maintaining software can be prohibitive. This makes the task of keeping accounts so easy, has an audit trail built in, and a helpful guide for use. They are much hardier than they look from the photograph. Only thing I would ask if ever Castlemaker would consider this is the ability to personalise them ie to be able to have company name and details printed on the cover? I have sight problems so to have some pages in a large print format for the few of us who are "as challenged as a bat" would also be welcome.

Excellent and very similar to the old NFU book. Ideal layout as far as I'm concerned.It would be nice to have a template to record this stuff on Excell but that's just me. My wife, who actually enjoys doing the VAT, would not agree and would never be tempted away from using this ledger format.

I brought this for my business and this is fantastic to have to keep your records straight and to see where all your money is going on your business it is an easy way to control what is going in and what is going out, what you are spending your money on. Fantastic.

Brilliant service, exactly what I wanted, simple and strait forward, quality book. I have now used them for my VAT return for over 6 months with no problems.

The quality was fine. A shame that in the description when I bought it that it didn't say it was for farming! Can't use it, not what I expected.
