Oscar Schmidt4 String Acoustic Guitar, Right (OU5-R-U)

This is the most beautiful ukelele. Its not as loud as some probably due to the finish reducing resonance but the sound is crisp and happy. It is by far my favorite ukelele. Sometimes I jist sit and look at the dam. Thing cuz its so beautiful. Playing it is also awesome. The glass like finish makes handling the piece a joy. Beginners may find the action distance to be short and if fingers are not placed properly on the board, a buzzing may occur. Just fix your technique and you'll be fine. Its a great buy. You wont regret having this piece.

The color isn't as bright as the picture but it plays beautifully. I agonized over the decision of which uke to buy, and for some reason I felt a draw to this one. I'm so glad I followed my instinct. I love it. The sound isn't super loud but I wanted that because I want to play it in my apartment where the walls are thin. Even though it sounds a little quieter the tone is lovely. It's super mellow and easy, a dope little music machine.

My son loves it! It’s his first, but he has some excellent guitars so he has a decent frame of reference when it comes to rating the quality of stringed instruments. It took a few days for it to reasonably start holding a tune, but that’s pretty normal, from what I understand.

The sound is clear and warm with good projection for the price. It has been enjoyable to practice and play on.

Perfect- first real ukulele and couldn’t ask for anything more.
