This is my second purchase of the shampoo. My scalp definitely feels different with this one

Feels fancy, and leaves your hair with a glossy, salon-like finish. Silky, smooth, and smelling like a day at the spa. If you're looking for some hair TLC, this shampoo is the one.

This product does give a first impression of being a salon-level quality shampoo -- the dark-green bottle has a "designer" look and the pump dispenser works perfectly -- but I have not been impressed with the results. The consistency of the shampoo is noticeably thinner than other salon-quality shampoos I have used (such as the Mermaid shampoo, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T6C2W6P; currently $49.95 on Amazon for a 32 oz. bottle). The lather was only so-so and I just didn't feel that it left my hair and scalp really clean; I can't remember the last time I felt the need to apply shampoo twice during one shower, but I do with this product. I also felt that it left a slight residue on my hair; it wasn't terrible, but it was noticeable.The fragrance is interesting. It borders on overpowering while you're using it, but fades quickly. The fragrance is definitely herbal, but I find that the menthol overpowers the other fragrances and makes the shampoo smell a bit too medicinal for my taste. I’ve posted a photo of the ingredients.This is not a bad shampoo and some people might actually like the menthol scent, but I didn’t feel the results justified the premium price ($39.50 at time of order).4 stars.

Subtle minty scent, and leaves hair feeling light and clean with no residue. Highly recommend!

I really like it. Very nice scent and feels very fresh

Don't get me wrong, I do still like this shampoo; however, I think it's priced to be the premium shampoo it wants to be, without providing those high-end results. It smells good, with a hint of menthol. I wish it lathered a little more, but I feel like I need to use too much to achieve the desired lather. It leaves my hair feeling smooth, but I occasionally found spots that still felt greasy and not as clean as I'd expect.

I initially followed their instructions to start with dry hair, but immediately realized it was not working for me. The shampoo didn't distribute across my thick hair nor easily massage onto my scalp. Once I wet my hair, it worked like normal and lathered up enough to move it around.It has a delicate minty scent that’s not overpowering nor too tingly, I like it. The liquid itself is clear. It didn't burn my scalp and rinsed off easily. My hair is thoroughly clean and soft after use, no residue.I didn't condition every time time I used this so as to better gauge the products effects, and it was not overly drying, though not as slick as with a good conditioner. No bad reactions, and seems pretty gentle. There is no lingering scent on my hair afterwards, it just smells clean. Folks that prefer their hair smell perfumy afterwards may be disappointed.The water is very hard in my city, so I'm hoping this shampoo's special pH formula will help soften it and prevent build up. I hope this yields softer, silkier hair over time.The bottle is pretty, with a good pump. It was enveloped in bubble wrap in transit, with extra padding around the pump to prevent leaks. The bottle says an “expiry” date is printed at the bottom, but it isn’t. Not that shampoos really expire, but they said it so it slightly bugs me. Maybe it didn’t carry over from Korea. No matter, I still enjoy using this shampoo and am happy with the results.
