Best chimney I can say and good service
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this product from Amazon and Glen services are very good … only thing you have to see is installation if you have tiles some extra support should be given to make wall even… overal happy with the product and service

Bad after sales services, continuously oil leaking.
In starting everything is old but after 5-6 months oil starts leaking from near the right light continuously, we called the costumer care and they asked to do the service of 500Rs, we did that but that problem starts again after 2-3 weeks. Their is a very little gap in its frame from where the oil is leaking, hence it is a defective product, we called the costumer care again and told them the the whole situation and the main thing is that they said is common and not a defect so they can't do anything about it. Very very worse costumer care and after sales services. So I recommend you if you are looking for a good chimney that works atleast 5 years properly, please DO NOT consider this one as a option.
