Vagabond Motorsports Yamaha FZ-10 VM-YF110 Tail Tidy

Bought a £40 tail tidy off e.bay, fitted it, didn't like it and binned it. After many more hours reviewing tail-tidies for my MT10, I plumped for the vagabond unit. If you follow the detailed instructions and watch the video on you tube, the unit is a breeze to install.You can use existing indicators and number plate lights so therefore no cutting and re-joining wires...just plug and play. The key-cover plate has to be cut but if you follow the instructions, a very neat finish is achievable. This is the only unit I came across where you can use the existing number plate light which, in my opinion, is much better looking than most of the after market options. The result is amazing.....well pleased.

So I luv seeing "MADE IN USA" when I buy something. Out of the box, you can tell it's a quality piece. Finish looks an seems to be durable, install is easy with a couple hand tools. They've made it to where you reuse the factory lighting, so no cutting or splicing to leave a starting point for corrosion in the wiring. If you live in AZ and only ride once in awhile, then cut away... I live in FL, ride regularly. The instructions are them being safe, an really don't need to fully remove certain items to gain access. Removal of the turn signals felt like they were about to break trying to "twist" the base out of the stock fender as they recommend. A dull flathead or something similar to help with removal from the inside worked for me. With that being said, use your best judgment. Do it how u feel comfortable doing it. Overall, it's a quality piece that's easy to install and gives it a nice clean look.

Fit Perfect on my MT-10 2020! Easy Installation (Single Woman does it in around an hour!) But! It sold for all North America but Canadian Plate doesn't fit! Should install a second plate support or drill additional holes on your plate...

Awesome fit and finish. YouTube tutorial explains it step by step. Only thing I may change in the future is an integrated tail light. This is as clean and oem as you can get. Buy it!!!

Priced below the units from other manufacturers but still high quality. Has very detailed and easy to follow install instructions. Looks factory and cleans up the tail. I just wish they utilized the rubber license plate light insulators from oem unit as opposed to hard mounting. May not be an issue but will update my review if light fails due to vibration. Made in USA!

Looks great. The instructions were clear and concise. Loved that no wires had to be cut. It made the bike look a lot cleaner. The fitment was perfect for my FZ-10. Great quality.
