Instant relief and excellent quality insoles
Valsole insoles fit my Brooks Beast 20 running shoes without any cutting. I have an extra wide foot and these insoles are maybe a 1/4โ to narrow but a perfect fit. As soon as I walked on them I realized the improvement. The right heel was a tad bit elevated over the original insoles but I suspect the loose feel will adjust as I wear them. Construction of the insoles appears to be excellent quality. The bottom line is comfort and initial feel is very good. Just the right amount of lift in the arch but not painful like those reviews who said it will take time to get used to them. Like any support there is always an adjustment period but thatโs because your feet are being forced to a normal position. Good value although we all know product costs in China is about $3.00 but shipping and Amazon fees are very high. Buy them !

Comfortable, supportive, pain relief
They made such a huge difference in my back and leg pain. Id get such achey pain in my lumbar and have permanent nerve damage in my right leg that would hurt so bad at the end of my workday but the pain is very minimal now with these insoles. I did not have to cut these to shape, they were the perfect size. I will purchase a set for every shoe I wear. They are a game changer.

Solid pick for your feet
So far so good. Itโs super comfortable, not too thick, and I feel supported pain free. I do feel that it will protect me from minor impacts. The only feature I would give is have some minor ventilation holes likes ski and snowboard boot insoles for breathability.

PF inserts are part of getting rid of the pain
Reviews for: - Samarai Insoles: FIVE STARS - WalkHero Insoles: FIVE STARS - ValSole Insoles: FIVE STARS - SB Sox PF Relief Socks: FIVE STARS - Koprez PF Sleeve: FOUR STARS - Vibit (purchased directly instead of thru Amazon): THREE STARS - Tisscare foot massager with heat (purchased earlier somewhere else): FIVE STARS My experience with Plantar Fasciitis (PF): Iโm 64, female, retired for one year, and lead an active lifestyle. My normal routine includes a 4-5 mile walk every morning, pickleball 5x per week, and golf when I can. PF symptoms showed up suddenly about two months ago โ suddenly it hurt too much to walk very far and pickleball was excruciating. It affected both feet, but the pain in my right foot was significantly worse. In spite of all the products that promise fast relief, I learned that managing PF is a multi-step process. Here's what worked for me โ in order of implementation: - I threw away five pairs of worn-out running shoes and started wearing my newest pair all the time. - I quit going barefoot and now wear shoes all the time, even inside the house. - I quite wearing dress shoes or sandals (easy for me since Iโm retired). - I started stretching my heels/calves multiple times per day, with and without a step. - I rolled my foot over a frozen water bottle or a small hard plastic ball with spikes on it. The plastic ball seems to work better, and soon I was using it several times per day. - I bought three different pairs of PF insoles so I could use them all the time. I couldnโt really tell any difference between the three brands I tried, but I think the ones with deep heel cups (WalkHero and ValSole) are better, and those are the two I use most of the time. - I bought SB Sox and now wear them on both feet during all waking hours. - I tried the Koprez Sleeve, but found that it was uncomfortable to wear all the time. I tried wearing it on a walk, but it actually became more painful after about ยผ mile. Then I figured out o was putting the straps on wrong- fixed that and it works well for walking. I tried wearing it for pickleball, and it was wonderful. The Koprez Sleeve allows me to keep playing pickleball. - I tried foam rolling my calves. I think it helped, but it was really hard on my arms. So I quit. - I bought the Vibit, hoping that I could use it on my calves as well as my feet. It vibrated as advertised, but it was actually harder to use than a foam roller and it didnโt seem more effective. It felt good on my feet but I couldnโt tell if it helped or not. Following the directions requires 15 minutes per foot dedicated to using the massager (no multi-tasking is possible). I still use it occasionally if I want a few extra minutes without sitting down with the Tisscare, but I donโt think this purchase helped with the PF. I have also used the Vibit for other things (IT band, back, arms), and it offers a nice massage. - I started using a Tisscare foot massager with heat that we already owned. It seemed to help a lot, and it was easy to use as I could just sit there and let the massager do the work on both feet at the same time while I read or used my phone. Iโm still using it 2-3x per day for 20 minutes. Very much worth the money and I will buy it again if it quits working. Results: - It took about four weeks to research, purchase, and start using all the products listed above. During that first four weeks, I quit my morning walks and cut back on pickleball (I could not play two days in a row). Pain was intense, especially after pickleball or at the end of the day. - Within a couple weeks, the morning pain was better, mostly because I stretched and rolled 2-3 times during the night (I wake up anyway). - After putting everything into place (about four weeks), the morning pain was pretty much gone and I started walking two miles in the morning. I still had pain if I played pickleball โ and the pain continued for the rest of the day. - After six weeks, I was able to increase the morning walks to my normal 4-5 miles most days and experienced only minimal pain with pickleball. - Itโs been about eight weeks, and Iโm still continuing to work on it. Pain is minimal and Iโm able to walk 5+ miles and play pickleball!

Great insoles. They actually work
I have plantar fasciitis and have been through countless insoles that are going to work wonders and never do...until now. I saw these and thought I would add them to the list of stuff I tried. I am so glad I did. I work 12hr shifts and I think the only thing that can make my feet feel better after a long shift is the good lord. I tried these in my new boots and I was shocked. They work and my feet felt great for 9 to 10 hours. I'll just check the box by old, fat and lazy for the last couple hours. They surprisingly worked great. There was a couple of days that I hot a break off my feet and got to sit down. Those days the insoles worked great all day. They are thick, firm and well built. Easy to walk with them in my boots and great support. I didn't have to trim anything and they were simple to install. A great insole that has won a lifelong customer.

Work good for boots especially in winter
I use these for walking around in winter as I am strolling to bus stops in winter weather and low arches and knee issues can be connected so I need support for my knees and being on feet I need arch support, so these offered me a decent arch support for boots etc. I wouldn't say these are great, but then I need arch support for being on feet all the time. The size is most important, because I have 1 foot as a 14 wide as the other is a 13 1/2 so the situation is tricky sometimes. The arch support offered some pain relief when I lug around a backpack and 5 lb boots wherever I go. I don't have any problems no stickiness as I take the old insoles out and replace with these. These do help with arch stability to a degree because they hold up my feet where most boots don't have any arch support.

Amazing, I wish I tried them long ago A++
Amazing, on day one 10 hours up and down stairs, ladders and concrete floors and no pain. I really can't believe how much better I feel. I could tell just walking to my truck this morning that the support was in all the right places. They are ridged, not foam rubber like the 10 others Iv'e tried and didn't work. Only gave them a 5 stars because a 10 was not an option. Money well spent.

OMG..the relief from left foot fallen arch was immediate as soon as I installed in both runners. I got the small or size 7 from the listing, so no need to cut or adjust. After suffering for 2 months, despite icing, exercises, Aleve, finally a positive outcome. Gave this product a 5 star in terms of quality, form fitting for my foot specification. I have small, narrow feet with high arches anyway, a prior dancer for many years. I have ordered an additional pair today. I am getting my moneyโs worth, I feel, as the thought of spending $1200+ with a Specialistโs prescription put me off.

I had extremely sore knees that turned out to be partially because of bad insoles, bought these and the knee pain went away fairly quickly. Super comfortable and seem to be great quality.

When these first arrived I was very excited because they are thick and seem to be good quality. However. They are so thick they push your foot out of your shoe when you walk. I guess you could pull the preexisting insole out of the shoe, but I returned them instead.

I love them and highly recommend them

I have probably purchased over 20 types of insoles over the last 2 years. These beat them all. From the first time I put my feet in it was pure comfort. The last couple of days have been easy at work as I spend most of my days on my feet.
