Nice to see the minimal packaging and super easy to swallow as they are so small. Happy with the results as they seem to help with my inflammation. Only slight downside is as they are naturally formed they can leave a residue on your fingers.

To help with the pain of arthritis it’s really good. I have started cutting back on the prescription drugs so I am looking forward to getting out more while on holiday in the future with out the pain, I am amazed in just a few weeks I have started walking better getting up stairs and not using my stick so much, when these are about to finish I will be ordering more I don’t plan to give up on these great tablets
