Q: How long does it stay warm?

A long time. I would say 30-45 minutes, but it would depend on what temperature you find comfortable (I like mine hot). I absolutely love these heating pads. Just pay attention to the directions and don't over microwave it as it will pop and you will have to throw it away and order a new one (I know!).

Q: How long is the strap on the pouch for the 6 x 12" clay package?

Measured mine. Keep in mind I've had it for a year, and it may be different from what you get: Strap is 14" long, un-stretched, plus 2" more of velcro. Max I could stretch the strap to was 32" total including the 2" velcro end.

Q: How long does it stay cold?

I mainly use it hot, but it stays cold for about an hour after being the fridge . bid heat warns it up faster and keri’s it warm longer which is why so use it largely as a heating pad. please do not freeze though.. it will become rock solid and best place to cool is top or middle shelf in the way way back.
