Toaster is working good for now. Although its cheaply made, I love the look of it! Perfect for my boring all black appliance kitchen. Needed some color.

Gets pretty hot but it gets the job done and it looks pretty on my counter

Style over substance. Pretty but my first try arrived dented and returns were super prompt but replacement disappointment in quality. The knobs for lowering bread are wobbly and sticky on the return, pausing halfway back up every time. It has to be cranked to high to brown the first slice of whole grain, but burns the second slice . The last straw is that the markings dissolve with damp cloth and then one must try to remember which button was for bagels etc, and must approximate toasting levels. One swipe and they were gone. Not an inexpensive item so.

Very nice looking, sturdy toaster. Slots are wide so very functional. The bagel setting is legitimate and when engaged only one side of the slot heats up. FYI, the Cuisinart model sold on Amazon both sides heat up so the bagel setting I'd misnamed.

I'm really happy with this toaster despite it coming from an obvious white label company that probably won't still be around in a couple years. The outside stays cool. The settings give expected results for their level. The bagel function actually does only toast one side. Before taking a risk on this white label brand, I'd bought a stainless $79 Salton that was just terrible, so for only $20 I get a much better toaster that actually looks really pretty in my kitchen.

La estética es muy bonita, la tostadora luce muy bien, pero algunas veces cuando termina de tostar no levanta los panes, se tiene que subir la palanca manualmente para que salgan los panes
