It was going to be 5 star, but now I see it charges phone very slow (other ones don't charge it at all).And there is a problem with the connector I think because the phone detects moisture (especially when no power is connected to the hub) making it unreliable to use.Also when connecting true PD charger, it struggles to negotiate charging. The charger needs to be connected first, then phone, then disconnect phone and connect it again and then it works.

Crazy how well this works with the s9+. I tried the docking thing when Motorola came out with it on the droid but it was clunky and could not have been a desktop replacement. With this I am seriously considering just having this for my computer. It had no problem running a dozen apps, streaming youtube, facebook messenger, external HD plugged in, and running my mobile game all at the same time on one screen while using a mouse and keyboard. And when I am done simply on plug it and my phone is back to normal ready to go.

If you don't mind a flickering in and out screen, sometimes out for 30 seconds or longer, then go ahead and buy this poor excuse of a product. The usb c cable in the unit I got can be affected by noise from the tv, it obviously has a poor connection inside. Looks to be zero quality control on this product. Should have bought the legit thing, and you should too.

Honestly, great! I needed a USB hub for my Macbook Pro (2016), and all the options seemed sooooo expensive. This one was a good price and ended up working perfectly.When it comes to this kind of stuff, it just needs to work as advertised, and it does exactly that. Also, it looks nice next to my space gray macbook so w000000~ Would recommend.

This is a great DEX hub. A lot cheaper than the docks, but works perfect and is great quality!I use this with a Samsung S9+ and it is perfect. If you want a PC experience from your phone, then get this. Skip the expensive docks. This works amazing.

Works as described. Seems to be well made and the look matches my MacBook Pro perfectly. Because of the single plug I don't have to worry about it not connecting because of my protective shell and I still have one plug free for charging.
