Works good heats up fast you can do two cups at one time. Temperature only drops slightly and it comes right back to preset. Mine came with a bad heating pad, the company sent a new one. So far it’s working great.

The media could not be loaded.  I have had the press for a week and just opened it to make tumblers for an event this weekend, and it will not heat up. I followed the directions in the manual to set time & temp, the machine beeps 3 times but doesn’t heat up. I’ve turned this thing on and off so many times it’s ridiculous. I’m glad I didn’t throw the box away.

I really like the product. I didn't realize that you need sublimation paper and objects-- like glasses, tumblers, etc. I wish that someone would state this in the description. I am new to this process and didn't know about this. Product was easy to use and worked well once I had the proper supplies

I was looking for a heat press to sublimate various drinkware and found this one. I found that it is easier to insert your drinkware before you press to determine the right amount of pressure. Set your temperature...I sublimate at 400 degrees for 60 seconds and then rotate for a total of 2 minutes per tumbler or mug. I love it.

This easily allows you to heat. Press any mug small to large. This allows you to create custom mogs for your business or for friends. Business or even for different clients, depending on what they need. Customized on to the mog, you're able to do it with ease. I've had no issue with a bad smell. I usually use this in my patio. That's screened in so that way in case there is. Issues I don't have to worry

Works great I’ve made a couple cups already and they all have turned out great except for the coffee cups. This press is great for tumblers and libbey glass cans with a full wrap, but the coffee cups are not. I think this press if best suited for a single sided image coffee cup, the 15oz coffee cup I had didn’t get full coverage and even after rotating it did not get the full image, so my suggestion is to make it single sided for coffee cups. Otherwise it’s great and it’s such a great price compared to others I’ve seen

The product was defective. It started heating too fast on the first turning on, smoke coming out, we turned it off and could not use it even once. It has not been working since.

Very disgustingBuy this machine and all smoke come out of it 1st time using it NOT good email the computer of the machine told me to email amazon but the one was send out was not new ring amazon and no help at all and no money back
