I recently purchased this galaxy projector, and I must say it's been a fantastic addition to my home! This star projector has completely transformed my room into a mesmerizing cosmic wonderland.The galaxy projector is incredibly easy to use; it comes with various lighting modes and color options, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance for any occasion. It has a remote, which is quite easy to use. Whether you want a soothing, starry night for relaxation or a vibrant, colorful galaxy for a party, it can do it all.The quality of the projected stars and galaxies is impressive, and the projection covers a large area, making it perfect for both small and spacious rooms. The adjustable angles and rotation feature create a dynamic visual experience.

My kids can’t sleep without a night light. We’ve had a few but this one has been the best! You can charge & unplug it so it doesn’t have to be tethered to a cord which is nice because my outlet isn’t near where I’d like to place the light. It doesn’t make any noise which is a big plus. The last night light we had was noisy & kept us up at night. You can set it to be on 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or you can have it stay on all night! The brightness isn’t too bright or too dim but just a perfect level of brightness. I love the sleek look & overall this light is 100% worth it.

Besides being absolutely stunning and visually gorgeous, it couldn’t be easier to use. It’s ready as soon as you take it out of the box. It comes with rechargeable batteries so you dont have to have it plugged in. I don’t like having an electrical chord sticking out of my things so this was perfect. The different setting are all very relaxing. I like to watch the lights as I fall asleep or relax after work. It’s so good that it had a timer so i can fall asleep without worrying about having to turn it off. I want one for every room !

Very convenient that you can charge it and then use it wireless - Ive brought it to my friends house when we have movie nights. Im also starting to put it on when i’m falling asleep because I don’t like falling asleep in the pitch dark - it’s bright enough to project across my ceiling but not too bright to disrupt my sleep. My cat also seems to find it entertaining since the clouds/colors move around lol!

I was looking for a night sky ceiling projector to help me relax at night. There are several to choose from and I picked this one because the angle is more adjustable than most.The nebula setting is my favorite, and the moon is nice although not particularly interesting. I don’t like the stars, and that’s the projection feature in which I was most interested. Also, the remote and buttons on the device do not function as indicated in the instructions.There are a few problems with the stars, although the color (green) doesn’t bother me as much as it does many other reviewers. I don’t like how grid-like the stars appear, with very noticeable straight lines. In fact, the stars rotate around a configuration of nine dots placed in a perfect square with a single, bright dot in the middle. It’s impossible for it to not catch your eye. It would look so much better if the stars (really, dots) were arranged in a more random pattern.I also don’t like that the stars fade in and out en masse; I don’t understand why this would be desirable, as it’s basically just the stars turning off and on all at the same time. Again, the lack of randomness is what makes this feature unattractive. If the stars could fade in and out more randomly and individually, or at least be set to stay on all the time, that would be better.Finally, the rotation of the stars along with the somewhat opposite rotation of the nebula makes me nauseated, and I don’t typically get motion sickness. If the star rotation could be turned off or adjusted that might help. (See comment below regarding ability to change rotation and speed.)Finally, the remote control and the buttons on the projector do not work as described. Long presses of specific buttons do not adjust brightness, speed, or direction. They do allow you to cycle through what is projected and through color settings (when applicable).The adjustability of the projector’s angle doesn’t make up for its other shortcomings. I think I’ll send this one back and purchase one that I like better. If I need to adjust the angle I can always prop it up on a book or something.

This little projector is great to fall asleep with on. Has quite the different modes so you can choose different colors and patterns to sleep to. It's bright enough to even be used in the day time if you want but at night it is the best. The projector provided a new vibe and atmosphere in the room making it feel like a new world.

Just stopped working since the second time used

This is an attractive, fun, projector which is well built, and very simple to operate. The projector is a clean design, wheel shape, with operating controls in the form of 5 buttons on one side of the wheel, and a USB 5V/1A charging port located on the reverse side of the wheel. The projector contains a 2000 mAh battery which should easily last several hours. However, the projector will run continuously while plugged in, so not a problem for a long night or party. However, if the projector is used as a sleep aid, it can automatically shut itself down after 30 or 60 minutes. The projector can be controlled by the 5 buttons mounted on one side, or by a small remote control containing the identical 5 buttons. The buttons on either device are clearly marked. Interestingly, the middle button on the projector is the On/Off button, and will turn the projector On with a long push (about 5 seconds), or Off with just a normal push. This button also glows Red while the projector is charging, and Green when charged. The 2 buttons to the left of the On/Off button control the projector’s features and allow adjustments to the Moon, Stars, Clouds, brightness, and rotation speed. The projector can be positioned in the middle of a room and pointed upwards at a 90° angle for a perfectly positioned and level projection. Alternatively, it can be placed off to the sides, and pointed at the ceiling, or walls to still create an colourful, entertaining, moving image. Entertaining options and projector positions are many. For sleep at bedtime, the projection can be toned down by decreasing the intensity of the light, the colour and/or mixing of the clouds, and the rotation of the stars. Two cautions: 1). The laser is a class 1R laser which is considered safe but the caution of looking directly into the laser with optical devices or prolonged time still stand. Do not allow a child to play with this device as it is a projector and not a toy. 2). The projector sit on a curved base which should always be positioned on a flat surface, and not in an active area. Nothing attaches the projector to its base and it can very easily be dislodged and cause injury or damage. It would have been helpful if a clamp or restraining device could have been attached to the stand. As mentioned at the start of this review, this is an attractive, fun, and well built projector which will provide hours of party entertainment, quiet contemplation, or a precursor to satisfying sleep. Recommended.

Not to mention the fact that it also projects some really beautiful galaxy and star effects!The package includes the KIVOTAC Galaxy projector, a stand, a USB-A to USB-C power cable, a remote control and the user manual. You will need to supply your own power adapter.NOTE, the battery in this projector WILL NOT charge using a fast charge power adapter. I tried both 65W and 35W power adapters but neither of those worked to charge it, so I had to dig out an old 18W power adapter and that worked perfectly.This projector has a built in 2000mAh battery that will power it for 3-4 hours on a full charge depending on what settings you're using. Charging the battery from 0-100% will take between 4-6 hours. Mine arrived partially charged and only needed about 60 minutes to reach 100%. The power button will glow red while the unit is charging and then turn green once it's fully charged.You can use this projector while it's plugged in and charging or you can use it on battery power alone. This is great if you want to place it in a different location in the room.Once fully charged and placed on the stand, the projector can be adjusted 300 degrees forwards or backwards so you can perfectly position the display on your ceiling, wall or anywhere in between. There are three main items that it can project on your ceiling or wall, the Moon, Stars and a Rotating Nebula. Using the "moon", "cloud" and power buttons on the unit or the "cloud" and "moon" buttons on the remote, you can choose to have one, two or all three items projected. You can also adjust the brightness of both the stars and the nebula. The nebula can be projected using one of three primary colors (Red, Blue or Green) or a combination of all the colors by scrolling through the settings until you find the option that you like best.The 30 min and 60 min buttons control the automatic shut-off timer and will turn the unit off after 30 minutes or 60 minutes.I think this is a great buy because of the unique design/look and the dual power option. La verdad es que llevaba tiempo detrás de un proyector de estrellas. Este es compacto y muy luminoso. Lo he utilizado en el salón de casa y actualmente en el dormitorio. El efecto es muy agradable. Da la opción de mostrar nubes y una luna. Así mismo permite un fondo difuso de colores que varían. El aparato es muy silencioso y no se escucha nada. Respecto a la batería la duración es moderada, no las 3 horas que prometen pero no está mal. Supongo que dependerá de si utilizas las nubes y fondos proyectados. Tiene temporizador para no dejarlo encendido todo el rato. El mando a distancia tampoco lo utilizo así que poco decir de el. Con los botones del aparato me es suficiente. Lo pongo y listo. Me ha parecido un proyecto muy recomendable.
