Title: Reliable, Easy-to-Use, and Worth Every Penny
I’ve been using Slime tire sealant for my fat tire e-bike, and I can say with confidence that this product delivers exactly what it promises. The application is simple, the results are consistent, and the peace of mind it provides is invaluable. For anyone who rides regularly — whether for commuting, recreation, or deliveries — this is a product that pays for itself many times over. The first thing I appreciate about Slime is how easy it is to install. The bottle is well-designed, the instructions are clear, and the process takes just a few minutes. You simply deflate the tire, remove the valve core, squeeze in the recommended amount, reinstall the valve core, inflate, and spin the wheel to distribute the sealant evenly. No special tools, no mess, and no guesswork — just a straightforward, user-friendly process. Performance-wise, Slime does exactly what it’s supposed to do: seal punctures quickly and effectively. I’ve had nails, thorns, and sharp debris puncture my tires while riding, and in every case where the leak was within the tread area, Slime sealed it instantly. There’s something incredibly reassuring about hearing that faint hiss of air for a second, then watching it stop as the sealant does its job. It’s a real-time reminder that this product is actively protecting you from being stranded. What sets Slime apart from other sealants I’ve tried is its durability. Once applied, it stays active inside the tube for months, ready to respond to new punctures as they happen. It doesn’t dry out quickly, it doesn’t clump up, and it doesn’t cause balance issues with the tires. For someone who rides almost daily, that reliability is a huge plus. Another thing I respect about this product is that it’s non-toxic and environmentally friendly. If a bit of sealant escapes during a repair, I don’t have to worry about it harming the environment. It’s also water-soluble, making cleanup easy if I ever need to replace a tube or tire. That attention to safety and sustainability shows that the company isn’t just making a great product — they’re doing it responsibly. The value for the price is excellent. One bottle goes a long way, and when you factor in the cost of replacing tubes, paying for roadside repairs, or even the inconvenience of being late because of a flat, Slime is an investment in both savings and peace of mind. For delivery riders like me, it’s especially valuable — every flat avoided means another day of work uninterrupted. In short, Slime is one of those rare products that I can recommend without hesitation. It’s easy to use, effective, long-lasting, and backed by a company that clearly understands the needs of cyclists and e-bike riders. It has already saved me from countless headaches, and I plan to keep a bottle on hand at all times. If you ride regularly and haven’t tried it yet, you’re taking an unnecessary risk — this is one of the best preventative tools you can add to your maintenance kit. Verdict: Five stars for performance, ease of use, and overall value. Slime is a must-have for any serious rider who values reliability and wants to keep rolling no matter what’s on the road.

Too thick; must be diluted with water
Let's get this out of the way: Whoever designed the pump spout should be taken out and flogged. Or at least made to lick clean every shipping carton that it has leaked into, which, judging from these reviews, is most of them. What a stupid design. Now, as for the slime itself, it works and works surprisingly well, but not as is. Despite shaking the bicycle wheel like a maraca and spinning it like a top, it wasn't sealing and a spray of soapy water revealed an air leak from around the valve stem. So I dismounted the tire to investigate and discovered the entire inner rim surface and valve stem dry; the slime was so thick it was stuck in a single clump at the exact spot I had originally put it, and this was at room temp. So I added a bit of water at about 4:1, planning to up the water as necessary, but that's all it took to liquefy and seal. So far the tire is rock hard with no apparent pressure loss after sitting for more than a week, and I haven't even ridden the bike yet. The bonus is that not only does a spot of water make it work a treat, but of course makes even more volume and therefore an even better deal vs. bike-specific tubeless sealants that can cost 3-6 times more. I was using Orange Seal Endurance with good success before this experiment. Will update this review as time goes on.

Works for dirtbike tubes!
If you’re like me, and want to purchase this item to fix a flat dirtbike tire. This product does NOT work as a fix, it’s intended to temporarily prevent a flat. I used slime to repair my flat tube. At first it doesn’t hold air, but all you need to do is inflate, and ride around. But then again, it will deflate again, so you have to air it up again. Once it’s holding air, it works. But since a dirtbike puts lots of pressure on the rear, the slime can’t withstand it, and it deflates anyway. I’m sure this product will work better for cars, but then again this doesn’t fix tubes, it’s temporary holds it. You’ll have to get a new tube, sorry EDIT: I got yet another flat on my dirtbike. And I noticed that the screw that punctured it was very small compared to the last one. So, I gave slime one last shot at redemption. And sure enough, the slime actually fixed the flat. I’ve been riding the bike for 3 days already, and the tire hasn’t dropped pressure at all. So the smaller the hole, the better slime works. 👍

Great product
Great solution for tire leaks. My Xiaomi Scooter 4 was constantly loosing pressure. I applied about 6 oz to each tire, rolled them for some minutes and problem solved. No more leaks! Thanks Slime!

They need to find a better way to ship it
What was left in the bottle worked great. However, the cap was off of the jug when I opened the package. Ididn't have enough for the other tires.

I used tyre slime years ago on my mowers with 100% success with the tyres holding air right till they were worn out to the max. History began repeating itself recently in that the tyres on my zero turn ride on mower always goes flat between cuts due to either bead leak or minute punctures. It was a no brainer to get tyre slime once again but in a much better “value for money” volume size rather than a small bottle size. Sure enough, straight after injecting the tyre slime into my chronic leaking tyres through the tyre valve followed by a short drive around the yard to swish the slime evenly within the tyres, the tyres have since remained fully inflated between cuts. The bigger quantity purchase has left me with plenty of slime left over ready for any future leak fixes wiyh no fear of it drying out or “going off” in storage. I normally don’t do reviews but with such great success on my tyres, I just had to share how good it is. Better than inner tubes and ongoing puncture repairs for small punctures and if another small puncture or leak occurs, the tyre slime I had already injected will continue to do its job, plugging up the air leak.
