Good Quality Non-acidic Vitamin C
Just as I expected. I usually take ascorbic acid for vitamin C but sometimes sodium ascorbate is the right fit such as in yorgurts or a little in ionic magnesium called Calm or Calm Plus Calcium. Otherwise, regular use would increase sodium intake. But it definitely has a place in my supplement chest.
