Lack of customer care.
The clock does not work. I did not turn on the clock until well after the Amazon return window closed. That is my fault. When I finally turned it on, the clock worked until about 3:16. The hour and minute hand are misalign enough that the two hands interfere with each other causing the clock to stop.I reached out to the manufacturer on using the website and have not received a reply. I understand the issue with the clock itself. Mistakes happen. I do not understand the lack of response. Lack of customer care is not a mistake. It is a decision.

Nice design but hard to calibrate.
We have had some issues with calibrating the barometer; it is a beautiful piece, and the size is good.
