Not that a product like this should *need* instructions, but I was a bit confused. For the heat- do we just pop it in the microwave? I mean, how long? It kind of makes me nervous to do so with an estimate to go off of. The freezer part is pretty self explanatory. It’s a tight cuff, but that’s appreciated in assisting my pain relief. I like it, but I don’t love it.

One thing I liked was that it did give me relief. I really felt better after using it. There are some design issues though. It was a little small. Also there were no instructions that came with the pack. Not only that, but the pack is unusable now because apparently my NAILS made a hole in it. It was really teeny but it grew. It is a nice product but could be more usable. Taking everything into consideration, I would recommend this product for anyone with pain because it really does work well.

I like this Dr. Scholl's Hot & Cold Adjustable Arch Sleeve. It came in a little cardboard pack of one. This sleeve fits me fine and works well for me. The velcro makes it very adjustable. I wanted this for the cold feature. I just popped it in the freezer in a baggy for a while and then applied it to my arch. This does feel good and allows me to apply cold to my arch in a more portable manner. That is, I can walk around the house with this and get things done while wearing it. It does have enough thickness to it that it changes my gait a bit, so I wouldn't wear this all day, unless maybe I had another one to wear on my other foot as well, but I don't really need the cold on my other foot.

I have a lot of foot pain, especially in the arch, so this seemed like something that would help me. Hot pads or cold packs are hard to get situated and stay in the right place, so I thought this would work great. But there are some real problems with it. First off, it only comes with a single gel pack that's for both hot and cold use, rather than the two gel packs the product description said it has. And there are no instructions for using the gel pack, not on or in the box, nor on the product itself. The pack says on it that it's freezable and microwavable and reusable, but nothing says how to heat it. So I heated it for 10 seconds, thinking it wouldn't be long enough, but was a safe way to test it. The gel pack BOILED in 10 seconds! And it leaked after that, so there was no using it. I'm very disappointed in Dr. Scholl's brand for putting such a flimsy gel pack in their product. It has good potential, but without proper instructions for use, or at least a durable "reusable" product, it isn't worth it.

This item is a decent choice when looking for foot discomfort relief. The sleeve provided some mild support to my arch, which was helpful during long walks and standing periods. However, I didn't find it to be a complete game-changer in terms of comfort. I did find that the sleeve was easy to put on and stayed in place reasonably well, as it uses velcro to seal it. It's also quite durable and has held up through several uses without any visible wear and tear. This item is meant for a single foot, with one gel pack for hot and cold foot therapy. I can fit these into my shoes well, but you may want to test this product with various shoes to see which ones are most comfortable for you. Overall, this is a decent product for your foot's arches.

This is okay. The sleeve itself is made well but the stretch is limited and the firm support didn’t seem to be there since I couldn’t get it as tight as I had hoped. The product does not come with instructions on how long to heat the ice/heat pack. It also is very small and just a plastic pack unlike the pictured one that is a more sturdy fabric covered one. The box does show on the back the plastic pack but the listing shows a fabric one. There is also one wrap in the box. If your have the same condition in both feet like most people do with this condition, you have to buy two of these. A lot of other companies selling this same type of wrap have them in a two pack. The box only says “(1) Arch Sleeve” is small print on the back of the box near the bottom. I’m not sure the amount of time that the heat or cold will last being so small so most of this is just compression. A bit disappointed in the lack of clearness of the packaging and instructions not included.

The description of the product at the time I got this and as I write this (10/29/2023) states, "come with 2 reusable gel pads". Well, it only came with one.The arch came with a single gel pad that states it can be used for Hot and Cold. It was tucked inside the arch support. The sleeve is made out of a thick neoprene-like material with minimal stretch. A single gel pack was inside the mesh. The mesh feels comfortable. There is a nice piece of velcro that is secure that goes across.The unit only comes with a sleeve for one foot. The gel pack seems durable. I am not comfortable running with the gel pack in it. It feels more like something I'd use after a long day.I usually wear wide shoes and have no issues with the fit. The material is thick. I can only fit into sneakers or boots with this arch support.

Do you have wonky feet? I sure do. This support can be adjusted with the Velcro, which is quite strong.Inside is a pocket with a petite hot/cold pad.When you have the pad installed, it gives not only compression therapy but also, in my case, heat therapy.Every little bit helps.
