They’re light weight sweatpants material but very comfy. I wouldn’t say they’re warm like a regular pair of sweatpants. I would say true to size.

Q: Is the size chart correct or are they true to US sizes?

Mine was true to size if not slightly loose. Thick material but comfy to move in

I usually wear 16, and they recommended XX Large. So from my experience Would say an XL should do just fine. I hope this helps, and I hope you like them as much as I do.
