Connects to Android Auto via Bluetooth automatically, once you have paired to your phone. This open up the possibility of using Internet audio like Tune In for radio, Amazon Music, Spotify, Pandora for music, Libby for free audio books and Google maps for navigation. Really a nice setup for road trips. The built in radio is nothing special but works for strong local stations. The right side USB port is good for charging phones. The left side USB port interacts with the head unit to increase the displayed map resolution, for instance. The map goes back to the lower resolution (which I prefer because of the larger fonts) when the phone is not plugged into the left USB port. Occasionally the Bluetooth connection will stall and must be reset on the phone by cycling Airplane mode. It is sometimes difficult to reconnect but overall it's a great value of you have a little patience. If not, there may be more rock solid units which I did not have the budget for.The on screen instructions say to connect the phone to the head unit using WiFi, however the password for the SSID is not given, so Bluetooth is the only way to connect besides the mysterious left USB port.

I like most things about this considering the price. The volume up/down buttons are backwards but you get used to it. If the audio hadn't stopped working after about a month I'd give it 5 stars. I'm hoping they'll send me a replacement.

Easy install for anyone that has installed a stereo before. Wiring labeled well and colors pretty standard for general speaker and power setup. All setup was pretty straight forward once powered on, connected to phone right away. For the price, especially with a camera, it's hard to beat for entry level wireless Android Auto.:: downsides for me personally ::Could be the location in my particular car, but the lip on the bottom of the screen makes access to the bottom part of the touch screen a bit awkward. Also, either the volume buttons are slow to respond or I'm just more a fan of a dial, but those jumps in volume (random ones) from BT to radio to phone, the oddball loud commercial that happens. And, for the life of me (lost instructions and can't find online), I can't figure out how to flip the camera input upside down. Only have one way to mount it really on the car, and it's upside down.

Unfortunately the radio will not allow me to answer calls via blutooth, buttons for volume control are very loose and feel as though i may break them and the wireless android auto is fairly glitchy. The audio while wirelessly connected is pretty poor as it cuts in and out. I will keep it in the car for now but plan on going back to a brand name head unit. For somone looking for a budget radio, not bad but not great of you plan to utilize all features. Still no idea how mirror link is supposed work. Have already given up on it and the radio hasnt been in more than an hour.
