buyers beware
I didn't buy from Amazon. I bought from a hardware store. The installation was 99% complete. The seal housing broke off while connecting the drain pipe. I had to cut the walls to clear the shower pan lip to remove the defected pan. My only option was to custom build a shower floor and tile up the the wall to connect with the remaining wall. After extensive negotiation, Swan would only refund the shower pan. Warranty service claim they went an extra mile just to give me a cash refund. They normally send replacement. They are so firm that there's no wiggle room to even refund me the 10% of the wall I had to cut off. They do not cover labor. $8,000 down the drain from a defective product.
