Unbelievable quality. Like I am literally shocked how good this is for the price. Check my records but I have bought three.

It was packed super well. No issues with that. The edges of the metal were not perfectly flat - they had a little undulation along the edge. I fixed that with a body hammer and am very happy with the burner. Be careful - one of the corners was quite sharp and I cut my arm. A little file work around the edges should take care of that.

I am replacing a previous burner that had a stainless steel burner but a steel pan. Two new pans fit my cement block trough perfectly. Had to add a 90 Degree Street Elbow Brass Pipe Fitting 1/2" NPT Male Pipe to 1/2" NPT Female below the air mixer to prevent the supply side of the pan from hitting the bottom of the trough. 90 Degree Street Elbow Brass Pipe Fitting 1/2" NPT Male Pipe to 1/2" NPT Female on both ends of the 1/2" shut-off ball valve would make installation much easier.

I'm a big fan of Vevor. I know some people think it means cheap junk but it's often excellent quality with a few small issues to save money and worth the tradeoff.This is a nice kit for a firepit burner. It has everything needed to get connected to the propane. There no safety shutoff or ignition and control valve but for the price you can't do better.I was planning to actually use this for having a propane burner in a pizza oven and it would work great for that, but it takes a bit more space than I wanted to give up so I'm going with a different burner. I may come back to this or just turn it into a fire pit.

Fire pit insert is very nice. all hardware is included, fittings are all of high quality, regulator/hoses/material is of good quality stainless. Couple of negatives, first is upon opening, a screw was floating around inside the packaging which went to secure the gas tube onto the "tub" tray. Second is the ignitor cover that bolts to the insert had holes that did not line up, thsi was frustrating as I had to find a m3 stainless screw set that would fit in there small enough that the holes would accomadate without drilling. Third, the flame regulator key insert thing was all scratched up from the factory. 4th, the god awful large logo that is "something about half the price"... ha, it's nice and all but who cares to read that permanantly on the insert, put that dumb saying on the packaging, not the product. All in all, i think I would have given it 5 stars if it did not have the logo. Get rid of the Logo, it will not sell you any more inserts.

Fantastic little kit. Nice high flames but there’s a fine line between low and off. The welds could be nicer but I don’t foresee any issues as a result. I would recommend a wind screen and a higher quality Teflon tape than what’s included or a pipe sealer like megaloc.
