Just what I needed. I see questions about what type of box to use. Double gang is recommended, the 4 outside screws screw this into the center of the box. Maybe it would fit into a single box but I doubt there's enough cubic inches to meet code for heat dissipation and wire routing would be near impossible with heavy gauges. The cover needed is a 2-Gang flush mount 2.15 inch dia device receptacle for indoor mounting. Be sure to use a single pole breaker as a 30 amp RV is 110 volts. A double pole breaker with 2 screws will provide 220 volts and your camper will explode (just kidding, you'll wish it did for the insurance payout after you fry the wiring)

Can't complain about this plug, works great. Installed on my trailer as an output from the inverter, then I plug in the shore cable when I'm boondocking. Pairs well with Hubbell-Bell 5030-0 Rayntite Weatherproof Cover, 2.15 in Dia X 4-1/2 in L X 2-3/4 in W, Gray (but the top two screws were a bit hard to tighten due to the Hubbell cover)

Installed this in my RV garage so that i could connect my RV to power. Everything is rated at 30amps and this outlet is working well. Installing it was very easy.

Hard to find in the big box stores. Probably could have found one at an electrical supply house but why do that if you can have it dropped at the door. Make sure you use a 2 gang box for ease of trim out. It will fit in a 1 gang but is hard to put in the box and get plate on. Save yourself the hassle and get the bigger box for a couple of dollars more. Great extra to have if you store your camper in your driveway.

Il faut faire attention de positionner le réceptacle avec la pin du ground en haut car si elle est en bas il sera difficile d'en ficher le câble si il y a une porte refermable sur le dessus.
