Dilator well-made...
Easy to use, but is solid without any hole or opening at the tip, so it is what it says it is: a dilator and not a butt tube. Recommend the largest one. I bought the medium, now must save for the largest one!

I am using this to help with perineal massage as I am due to give birth and it really has helped.

Better off with a plastic one
If you need to use one of these for medical reasons, as I do from time to time, I would look for a plastic one. This type can be uncomfortably cold or warm, depending on ambient temperature, to insert into such a sensitive area of the body.
