Have been looking for a good sized deep chip pan with vented glass lid and frying basket and a steamer rack, finally I found what I was looking for. This fry pan is versatile, I used it to broil, bake, fry and to steam. I have slow cooked on an induction hob It seems to do everything perfectly. It’s easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The stainless steel handles are solid and stay-cool while cooking. The weigh is just fine. Very good value for money.
