Arrived quicker than my expectations and well packaged.This is really helping with my posture, although I only use it for a week. As I sit at my computer for a long time every day, I suffer from neck and shoulder pain frequently. However, after I receive this product, my neck and shoulder pain has almost gone as it keeps forcing me to hold my shoulders back and not slouch. And as for the size suggestion, if you are a male and do gyms regularly, I would recommend a size up.
