The front fender does a good job keeping mud and water from flying up in your face.The rear fender does not work well at allSo much mud and water flys up your back when riding on muddy trails I got these fenders to keep my back dryer and cleaner. The rear fender does nothing to stop the mud and water that comes off the rear tire.

The length of these are so small that they do virtually nothing, neither on the front nor on the back. They are made of a nice material, they look good and they appear as though they would last a long time in heavy use but I’ll never find out because after taking a ride on a moderately wet and muddy trail after having installed them, it was clear that the did very little, if anything, to reduce tire spray from showering my face and back. I’ll be taking them off before my next ride and tossing them in a box in the garage in case I need a small piece of sturdy plastic for a project some day.

First of all, this is a great product. Have used several others over the years but by far this is the sturdiest mudguard I have ever seen or used. It fits and works perfectly with my 27.5x3.0 tires. When I originally received the package it contained no zip ties. I was extremely frustrated so i left a very negative Seller Feedback. I ended up purchasing some very sturdy long zip ties from a local hardware outlet. The seller then contacted me offering to send me the zip ties. Given that and the fact that mistakes can easily happen in shipping I decided to either change or remove the original negative seller feedback but simply cannot find a way to do so. It is a great product and well worth the price. However, I would suggest you get your own heavy duty zip ties.

First off. NO they are not cardboard like another review said. They are a hard flexible type of plastic.Second. YES the zip ties suck. But zip ties are a 1.75$ for a whole pack at the store. So no biggie.I bought these for my sons Xmas present. Thought they would give it the look i wanted an offer some protection for my sons new bike. They look great. They have pre-made spots to crease the plastic an make them bend. There are many holes for mounting to accept a variety of bikes. I like the look of them personally. They feel sturdy and strong and somewhat flexible. Worth the buy.

When I saw reviews saying the zip ties were cheep and broke easily, I thought "is there really such thing as a cheep or good quality zip tie?" I figured a zip tie was a zip tie.Turns out zip ties can indeed be cheep, which I discovered when one gave out while I was riding and jammed my wheel.While this is easily fixed by a quick stop at the dollar store, the bigger issue was that the guard did not stop rain from splashing against by back.Fair warning, my bike has an odd configuration, so you might not have this problem.If you do, I fixed this by tying the two guards together and making one long one.

Looks cool and easy to install but material is too brittle to be worthwhile for any long term use.Started hearing knobs scraping and thought the fender had shifted. It shifted alright, right into the tire after one of the zip tie mounting holes cracked.Thought maybe I didn't cinch the zip ties up tight enough, might try them again, they look cool as heck on an all carbon bike but as others have said, these types of fenders don't seem to last long.Plus if you have bike tires on the large side this is useless, there simply isn't enough clearance for the tire.

I am very disappointed with this product! Since it’s described as a fender, mud guard, you kind of expect it to guard somewhat against dirt and mud. First time not only did it NOT guard against dirt .And they cracked and broke off the bike. By far the worst purchase I ever made. and or mud, I would be willing to say it was worse. I waited a while looking for the right fenders/mud guards for my bike and thought these would be the one, only to find out they were not. Total waste of time and money.

Nice fender! The plastic is much thicker than fenders I've purchased previously. Good quality!

Good quality item. They are light and very easy to fit. An inexpensive solution that can be fitted easily at a fraction of the cost and does the job well.If you own a pro MTB and want to keep the weight of the bike to a minimum, then these are ideal.

I only recieved one item, should be two items, gutted as it's for my son.

Nice fit not too imposing compliment the bike well I think on the carbon design

Good value fenders! Easy to install, took about 10 minutes per wheel. They matched the look and colour of my new E-bike!Plastic fenders, easy to flex into the shape I needed to fit my E-bike.Not sure how much protection they will give, but they cover the entire width of the tire and then some (2.25” tires). However, take note that they are not very long, therefore they do not cover much of the circumference of the 29” tires.Do yourself a favour and use your own tie-wraps. The ones supplied seem ok, but based on numerous negative reviews, I just opted to use my own heavy duty tie wraps.Also, as a couple of reviewers noted, these are really meant for Disk brake bikes, not the old squeeze the rim type brakes, pretty convinced you will not be able to install these without hindering those types of brakes. So be aware!Overall, they seem solid, easy to install, light weight (a few ounces), plenty of pre-drilled holes to accommodate most bikes including E-Bikes. Good value and I would recommend these for a similar installation as mine. But as I stated, I have not tested their efficacy yet (have not run them through rain, mud or snow yet)...Hope this review helps with your choices!Cheers!
